Memoria

Another one of my older works Transfered over. This was one of my more better ones & won a 2nd place award in my schools amateur Poetry contest.

I walk alone in a path of confusion,
The cars are passing, people moving,
All going home for a night of memories.
Ahhh memories I used to have memories,
To remember and be remembered,

This is my last resort,
Here in the street’s of the forgotten
I’m alone with my dreams, hate fills my soul.
Do I even have a soul?

The memories of the sins I have done,
Create the place to which I’v gone,
Memoria land of the dreams,
Dreams that haunt, hurt, saddens me forever more.

Lost between sadness and happiness,
Trapped between pleaser and pain,
Forgotten by time, yet created by it,
Here I stand a place of wonder and chaos.

Memoria,
Land of eternal nightmares,
Land of forgotten dreams,
Land of memories.
