At Claire and James's house 
Claire walks into the living room and she sits on the couch Her phone rings. 
Claire: Hello? 
Jessica: I Have bad news Claire. 
Claire: what is it Jessica? 
Jessica: it's about your father Todd Gregory. 
Claire: what about him Is he ok? 
Jessica: I'm sorry but he was shot and he's dead. 
Claire: Oh My God my father is dead. Who did this to him? 
Jessica: it was Kevin williamson I'm sure of it. 
Claire begins to cry. 
Jessica: I'm so sorry for your loss Claire and I'm sorry for shooting your son Xavier in the head and leaving him to die. I didn't mean to do any of that. 
Claire: I forgive you Jessica can you come over? 
Jessica: sure Claire I will. 
Claire: see you in a little bit Jessica. 
Jessica: Bye Claire. 
Claire hangs up the phone.

At Tea's house. 
Tea is laying on the couch crying. 
Tea: No he can't be dead Todd can't be gone He has to be alive I won't believe that he's dead. 
Brandon comes into the living room and he finds his mom crying on the couch. 
Brandon: Mom what happend? 
Tea: Todd he's dead.  
Brandon: Oh my god Todd Gregory is dead?mom when did this happen 
Tea: Last night he was killed. 
Brandon: who killed him mom? 
Tea: I don't know. I can't seem to remember who killed him. I'm just in shock that somebody killed him We were getting married tonight. 
Brandon: I'm sorry mom. Do you want me to call the police? 
Tea: No honey don't call them. 
Brandon: why not mom? 
Tea: Because Its not safe for them to get involved. 
Brandon: I think I know who the killer might be. 
Tea: Who do you think it is? 
Brandon: Kevin williamson.

At Blair and Kevin's house. 
Blair: Good morning Kevin. 
Kevin: I love you so much Blair. 
Blair: I love you too Kevin.  
Kevin: Im going to try to bond with your daughter Claire. She doesn't have a father anymore. 
Blair: what do you mean that she doesn't have a father anymore? 
Kevin: her father Todd Gregory is dead. Somebody shot him to death last night. 
Blair: Oh my god he's dead, oh my god my ex husband and Claire's father is dead. This is horrible. 
Kevin: I know it is sweetie I know. 
Blair: do you think Claire knows? 
Kevin: Yes I do. 
Blair: this is aweful she loved her father. 
Kevin: Now she has me im her stepfather.  
Blair: Kevin did you kill Todd? 
Kevin: No I didn't kill your ex husband. 
Blair: You better be telling me the truth.

Back at Claire and James's house. 
Claire keeps crying on the couch James comes into the room and he sees Claire crying. 
James: Claire honey what's wrong? You've been crying for the last hour 
Claire: My father. 
James: what about your father honey? Is Todd ok? 
Claire: He's dead. 
James: Oh my god No. 
Claire: He was killed. 
James: Who killed your father? 
Claire: Kevin williamson. 
James: I'm so Sorry honey. 
Claire keeps crying. 
James hugs Claire. 
Claire: my father is gone I can never see him ever again.  
James: Kevin williamson is going to pay for this. 
Claire: James promise me that you won't go near Kevin he could kill you. 
James: I'm not afraid of Kevin. 
Claire: please James promise me that you won't go near him.
James: I promise you sweetheart. 
Claire pulls James into a kiss. 
James and Claire keep kissing.

At Danielle and Cutter's house. 
Danielle is laying in the bed crying. Cutter comes into the house and he comes upstairs and he goes into the bedroom and he sees Danielle crying in the bed. 
Cutter: Danielle honey. 
Danielle looks up at Cutter. 
Danielle: Oh my god Cutter your alive. 
Cutter: Yes I am I missed you so much. 
Danielle: i thought that I would never see you again. 
Cutter: I know sweetie. 
Danielle: I have great news. 
Cutter: What is it honey? 
Danielle: Im Pregnant again honey. 
Cutter: Oh my god were going to have a kid together? 
Danielle: Yes we are and this time I'm staying away from Eli and a flight of stairs. 
Cutter pulls Danielle into a kiss.

Back at Blair and Kevin's house. 
Kevin: Honey I didn't kill your ex husband. 
Blair: I believe you I didn't mean to accuse you of killing Todd. 
Kevin: I forgive you Blair I love you.

Kevin: Im sorry that Todd was killed. I know how much Claire loved him. 
Blair: who killed him Kevin? 
Kevin: It was my brother Eli Thompson williamson. 
Blair: Oh my god he killed Todd. 
Kevin: Yes honey he did.

Back at Tea's house. 
Tea: You think that Kevin williamson killed Todd? 
Brandon: Yes I do mom.   
Tea: you have to tell Claire. 
Brandon: mom what if she already knows about it? 
Tea: Then she could go after Kevin.  
Brandon: He's dangerous mom. If Claire gets near him he could kill her.

Brandon: I'll make sure that he's not around her. Lock the doors mom it's dangerous Kevin could come and attack you or kill you. 
Tea: I'll lock the doors honey. 
Brandon: I love you mom.

Brandon and Tea Hug. 
Brandon leaves the house.

Riley comes into the house. 
Claire is looking at a picture of her and her father Todd. 
Riley comes into the room. 
Riley: Sis what's wrong are you ok? 
Claire: Riley I have to tell you something. 
Riley: What is it? 
Claire: it's about Dad. 
Riley: what about Dad? 
Claire: He was shot last night he's dead. 
Riley: Oh No he can't be dead. 
Claire: He is. 
Riley begins to cry he keeps crying. 
Claire: I know brother it's so aweful. 
Riley: who murdered our father? 
Claire: Kevin williamson. I have to tell mom what has happend to Dad I have to tell her that Kevin murdered Dad. 
Riley: I hate Kevin for what he has done. 
Claire: I loved Dad Riley I can't believe that he's gone. 
Riley: I loved Dad too. It's not fair that he's dead. 
Claire: brother stay here I'm going to talk to mom. 
Claire leaves the house and she goes to her mother Blair's house.

At Sam's apartment. 
Sam is sitting on the couch watching Tv. Jessica knocks on the door Sam gets off of the couch and he opens the door. He sees Jessica crying. 
Sam: Jessica what's wrong? 
Jessica: Somebody died last night. 
Sam: oh my god who? 
Jessica: Claire's father Todd Gregory. 
Sam: oh No. What happend to him? 
Jessica: I found him shot to death. He lost alot of blood he was shot through the chest. He had no exit wounds in his chest. 
Sam: who do you think shot him? 
Jessica: Kevin williamson Thompson. 
Sam: that son of a b***h killed Todd. 
Jessica: Yes he did.

Back at Blair and Kevin's house. 
Claire pulls into the driveway and she gets out of her car and she rings the doorbell. Blair opens the door and she looks at Claire. 
Blair: Claire what are you doing here? 
Claire: Mom I have to tell you something important about Kevin. 
Blair: what about him? 
Claire: He killed Dad last night. 
Blair: Your lying Claire. Kevin didn't kill your father. 
Claire: I have the gun and I have proof that he did. 
Claire takes the gun out and she hands to Blair. 
Blair looks at the fingerprints on the gun. 
Blair: Oh my god he Did kill your father. 
Claire: Yes he did. I bet Kevin was telling you lies wasn't he? 
Blair: Yes. 
Claire: Dad is dead because of him. 
Blair begins to cry. 
Claire: I know mom I know. I loved Dad too. 
Blair keeps crying. 
Claire hugs her mother as she is crying. 
Kevin is watching from the kitchen. 
Blair: Claire honey you should go home.
Claire: why mom? 
Blair: Because I want you to be safe. I'll take care of Kevin. 
Claire: I love you mom. 
Blair: I love you too honey. I made a horrible mistake in marrying Kevin. 
Claire: Yes you did but I know that you can fix it. 
Blair: Claire leave the gun with me. 
Claire: I will. 
Claire hands the Gun to Blair. 
Blair puts it in her pocket. 
Claire and Blair hug. 
Claire: bye mom. 
Blair: bye honey. 
Claire leaves the house and she gets back into her car and she drives away.

Back at Danielle and Cutter's house. 
Danielle: I love you so much Cutter. 
Cutter: I love you too sweetheart. 
Danielle: I'm so glad that your alive. 
Cutter: I'm glad that I'm alive too. 
Danielle: your going to be a great father. 
Cutter: your going to be a good mother. 
Danielle: I wasn't such a good mother to my first son Robert. 
Cutter: was this when you were bad? 
Danielle: Yes. 
Cutter: what did you do to him honey? 
Danielle: I shot him to death. 
Danielle begins to cry. 
Cutter hugs her as she is crying. 
Danielle: I killed my own son. 
Cutter: It was an accident you didn't mean to. 
Danielle: I hate myself for shooting him. 
Cutter: I understand honey. Danielle I have to tell you something. 
Riley walks into the house. 
Riley: hey Danielle. 
Danielle: hello uncle Riley. 
Cutter: your not Riley Gregory. 
Danielle: Cutter what are you talking about? He is Riley Gregory. 
Cutter: No he's not His real name is Josh. Riley Gregory was murdered years ago by somebody. 
Danielle: Oh my god, how could you do this Josh. 
Josh/Riley: I'm sorry Danielle, I didn't mean to hide who I was. 
Danielle: why did you hide your idenity?
Josh/Riley: You want to know the truth about why I lied about who I was? 
Danielle: Yes I want to know. 
Josh/Riley: I had to lie because I witnessed the real Riley Gregory's murder I watched him get shot by Eli Thompson. That night I tried to save your uncle Riley's life but it was too late he was dead. Before he died I promised him that I would become him and love his family It worked up until now. 
Danielle: you saw my uncle get killed? 
Josh/Riley: Yes Danielle it was aweful. 
Danielle begins to cry. 
Cutter: Get out of our house now you imposter. 
Danielle: No cutter don't. Eli Thompson will find him and he could kill him like he killed my uncle Riley. Josh can you do me a favor? 
Josh/Riley: sure Danielle what is it? 
Danielle: keep pretending to be my uncle Riley. I want you to be safe. 
Josh/Riley: I will. 
Danielle and Josh hug.

Back at Sam's apartment.  
Sam: Jessica I have something for you. 
Jessica: what is it Sam? 
Sam pulls out a black ring box and he gets down on one knee.    
Jessica looks at Sam shocked. 
Sam: Jessica will you Marry me? 
Jessica: Yes Sam I will marry you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you. 
Sam puts the ring onto Jessica's finger. 
Jessica pulls Sam into a kiss they keep kissing. 
Sam takes off his shirt. 
Jessica takes off her dress. 
Sam and Jessica have sex.

Back at Claire and James's house 
Claire walks into the house. 
James: hi honey where did you go? 
Claire: I went to see my mother. I wanted to tell her what happend to my father last night. 
James: how did she take it? 
Claire: she took it really hard James. She's really upset she blames herself for his death. 
James: why does she blame herself for your father's death? 
Claire: because she married Kevin williamson and divorced my father.  
James: Did you tell her that Kevin killed your father? 
Claire: Yes I did. At first she didn't believe me but then I showed her the Gun that Kevin killed him with. 
James: How did she react after seeing that? 
Claire: She doesn't trust Kevin Now which is good because he's a killer. 
James: I'm glad that she knows that Kevin is a killer because Now she can leave him before he kills her. 
Claire: James can you help me plan a funeral for my father? 
James: sure I'll help you honey. 
Claire: I love you James. 
James: I love you too Claire. 
Claire pulls James into a kiss they keep kissing.

Back at Blair and Kevin's house. 
Blair takes out the Gun and she goes into kevin's study with it She points it at him. 
Kevin: Blair what the hell are you doing with that Gun? 
Blair: I know who killed my ex husband You Did. You swore to me that you didn't shoot him you lied to me. How could you do this to my family You took away Claire's father. Claire loved him and now he's dead because of you. 
Kevin: he deserved to die Blair. 
Blair: NO HE DIDN'T. 
Kevin: He cheated on you Blair with your best friend Tea Porcaro. He was marrying that b***h tonight I had to stop that wedding so that's why I killed him. 
Blair: Im going to kill you Now Kevin. 
Kevin: No please Blair I love you. Please don't shoot me I'm sorry. 
Tea walks into Blair and kevin's house Tea is looking for Blair.
Tea: Blair are you here? We need to talk. 
Kevin hears Tea's voice. 
Kevin: Blair kill Tea Right Now. 
Blair: No I would never kill anyone. 
Tea finds Kevin's study and she sees Blair pointing a gun at Kevin. 
Kevin gets behind Tea and he grabs her and he puts a knife to her throat. 
Blair: No Tea. Leave her alone please don't Hurt her. 
Tea: blair help me please I'm scared. 
Blair lifts up the gun and she c***s the trigger. 
Tea and Kevin are fighting. Kevin grabs Tea's hair and he starts pulling it. 
Blair fires the gun. 
Kevin lets go of Tea. 
Tea falls to the floor of the house. 
Blair: Oh my god Tea.  
Tea lays there bleeding from her chest. 
Tea goes unconcious. 
Blair: Tea, Tea, can you hear me. 
Tea doesn't answer Blair.
