Episode info: Reggie tries to kill James. Claire is shot protecting James. Spencer saves Claire's life. Reggie is arrested.

Tempted episode 40
In James's hospital room. 
James is asleep in the bed. 
His brother Ford comes into the room. 
James wakes up. 
Ford: hey brother are you ok? 
James: yeah I'm fine. 
Ford: I'm glad that you didn't die. 
James: me too bro. 
Ford: how's Claire have you talked to her? 
James: Ford I have to tell you something. 
Ford: brother what is it? 
James: Claire remembers me and Riley She got all her memories back last night. 
Ford: what helped her memory return? 
James: it was the accident with Riley  She had a flashback of it. She remembered that she was coming to the house to save me from Danielle. 
Ford: I'm glad that she remembers you. 
James: me too I love Claire so much. 
Ford: I know you do bro. I'm glad that she makes you happy.

At Jessica and Jim's house. 
Eli knocks on the door. 
Jim opens the door. 
Jim: Eli what are you doing here? 
Eli: I have to tell you something. 
Jim: what is it? 
Eli: i'm your wife's father. I'm going to kill you. 
Jim: please don't kill me. 
Eli points a gun Jim. 
Jim: please I have a wife that I love alot. I don't want to die I don't want to leave her 
Eli: say goodbye Jim your going to get shot to death. 
Jessica comes into the room and she sees her father pointing a gun at Jim. 
Jessica: No please I love him. 
Eli shoots Jim in the chest with a bullet He falls to the floor bleeding from his chest. 
Jessica: You shot my husband you son of a b***h I hate you dad. 
Jim: Jessica I love you. 
Jessica: Jim I love you too. 
Jessica craddles Jim in her arms and she cries. 
Jim: shh sweetheart don't cry. 
Jessica: I need a ambulance my husband Jim got shot He's losing blood. You know what I'm taking him myself you'll take to damn long. 
Jessica carefully lifts Jim up and she carries him in her arms.

At Danielle's apartment. 
Claire knocks on the door. 
Danielle opens the door. 
Danielle: Hello mom. 
Claire: You almost killed your father. 
Danielle: I hate him I was hoping when I shot him it would've killed him. 
Claire: You son of a b***h Your father loves you and your trying to kill him. 
Danielle: shut up mom you don't know how I feel I'm grieving because Jason is dead I would kill anyone to make me feel Better about his death. I would even kill you or Riley. 
Claire: Don't you dare touch my brother Riley. 
Danielle: I'll kill Riley you'll never see your brother ever again mom. 
Claire: I won't let you kill him. I would take a bullet for him he's my brother and I care about him He's had a hard life. 
Danielle: oh really mom? Why was his life so hard huh, 
Claire: he was left in a ally to get shot to death when he was little He was shot when he was 9 years old. He was diagnosed With heart failure because the bullet that this b*****d shot into him caused his heart to fail My brother had a rough life. I'm not letting you hurt him. 
Danielle: I'll shoot him. 
Claire: No you won't you son of a b***h. If I ever see you with a gun ever again I will call the police on you and you will be arrested. 
Danielle: I'm not afraid of you mom Your a stupid b***h I heard about that car accident you were in with that stupid brother Riley of yours Too bad it didn't kill you both. Too bad dad wasn't in the car with you oh wait he wasn't because I put a gun into his stomach and I shot two bullets into him. I was hoping that the gun would have killed him I was hoping that the 2 bullets would take his life. 
Claire: you little b***h I hate you, Your not my daughter your nothing to me your a b*****d child You mean nothing to me do you understand me Your nothing but a killer. 
Claire walks out of Danielle's apartment.

At the hospital. 
Franco is walking down the hall. 
Reggie is behind him with a gun. 
Carly is walking next to Franco. 
Franco turns around and he comes face to face with Reggie and a gun. 
Reggie: hello Franco remember me? 
Franco: you were the robber who shot me at the store. 
Reggie: that's right I'm back to kill you. 
Carly: No please don't kill my husband leave him alone. 
Reggie throws Carly to the floor She is having a miscarriage. 
Franco: Carly no. You made her miscarry my unborn son. 
Reggie: I don't care. Now Franco I'm going to shoot you and I'm going to make your wife watch as the bullets hit you. 
Carly: No please no he's my husband I love him please don't kill him. 
Reggie c***s the gun. 
Carly: Noooo. 
Reggie shoots a bullet at Franco's stomach. 
Carly: NOOOO. 
Franco: Carly I love you. 
Reggie fires bullets at Franco's stomach. 
The bullets go through his stomach. 
Carly is crying.  
Franco collaspes to the floor of the hospital in slow motion. 
Carly: No.

At Riley's apartment. 
Claire knocks on the door. 
Riley opens the door. 
Claire has tears in her eyes. 
Riley sees the tears. 
Riley: Claire what's wrong? 
Claire: I had a fight with Danielle again She is angry that when she shot James that he didn't die. Now she wants me and you dead. 
Riley: why is she being like this to you sis? 
Claire: she's being like this because Jason died. It's her fault that she killed him it's not my fault it's not James's fault it's not your fault. It's her own fault why can't she ever get that. 
Riley: I don't know I'll talk to her I want this to stop. 
Claire: I'll go with you I don't want you to be in danger bro. 
Riley: are you sure you want to come with me? 
Claire: yes I'm sure. It's the only way I can make sure your safe. 
Riley: your right sis. 
Claire: I told her the story about your hard life and she didn't care.  
Riley: she's a b***h. I don't like the way she's treating you sis.
Claire and Riley go to find Danielle.

At the hospital. 
Jessica carries Jim into the hospital. 
Jessica: I need some help over here. 
Spencer: what happend? 
Jessica: Jim got shot by my father Eli Thompson. 
Spencer: that a*****e is your father? He tried to kill me the other night. 
Jessica: he killed my brother Ryan last night. He shot a bullet right through Ryan's stomach. 
Spencer: aw I'm sorry to hear that Ryan was my best friend I'm going to miss him. 
Jessica: I'm going to miss my brother Ryan so much. 
Spencer: I know you will. I'm taking Jim into surgry right now Jess don't worry I'll be able to save him. 
Spencer rushes Jim into surgry Spencer  saves Jim's life.

In James's room. 
James: I'm going to get up and walk around do you want to walk With me bro? 
Ford: sure I do brother. I'm glad that you didn't die from those two bullets that Danielle shot into your stomach while you were sleeping. 
James: I don't like the way she's been acting towards me and her mother. 
Ford: me either. 
James and Ford walk into the hospital hallway. They see Franco laying on the floor of the hospital shot and bleeding. They see Carly holding him in her arms crying. 
James: Carly what happend? 
Ford: yeah what happend? 
Carly: Franco was shot by this guy named Reggie. 
James: I'll find him he won't hurt anyone else. 
Carly: careful James he has a gun. He'll shoot you I don't want you to get shot. 
Carly stands up she hugs Ford. 
Ford: are you ok Carly? 
Carly: I'm scared Ford. 
Ford: shh Carly it's ok. 
Carly touches her chest she has blood on her hand. Ford looks down at her chest he sees 3 bullet holes in her chest. 
Carly collaspes into Ford's arms. 
Ford: carly, Carly can you hear me? 
Carly doesn't respond to Ford. 
Carly is dead. 
Franco is dying too. 
Franco bleeds to death from the bullets in his stomach Franco closes his eyes and he dies.

At Danielle's apartment. 
Riley knocks on the door. 
Danielle opens the door. 
Danielle: hello mom I see that you brought your stupid brother Riley along. 
Claire: Don't you dare call my brother Riley stupid I love my brother he's always been here for me. So shut your mouth you selfish little b***h. 
Danielle: wow your calling me selfish? Your the selfish one you don't even care how I feel about Jason dying. I loved him now I have nobody to love me. I hate you and my father and your brother Riley and I even hate Ford. If I could kill all four of you I would be happy. 
Claire: you want to know something Danielle You want to know the truth about Jason's death? You caused it you shot him With that bullet You pulled the trigger Your father didn't do anything wrong. Don't you dare put him into this. 
Danielle: Mom I'm sorry. 
Claire: do you want a hug? 
Danielle: yes I do. 
Danielle has a sharp knife behind her back Claire and Danielle hug. Danielle stabs her mother Claire in the back. 
Claire falls to the floor. 
Riley sees blood under Claire's back. 
Riley: what did you do to her. 
Danielle: I stabbed her in the back. 
Riley: you son of a b***h. 
Danielle: I have a second knife I could Stab the blade through her chest while she's lying there bleeding from her back. 
Riley: Don't you dare you son of a b***h. Your mother Claire trusted you Danielle I thought you were sorry. 
Danielle: that was a lie you idiot. 
Riley picks Claire up and he carries her out of the house He rushes her to the hospital.

In a room in the hospital. 
James finds Reggie in the medical supply room Reggie points his gun at James. 
Reggie: what are you doing here? 
James: do you have any idea what you've done You shot a man and you might have killed him. His wife is going to have his baby she's pregnant and you just took the kid's father away. 
Reggie: she's not pregnant anymore. 
James: what do you mean she's not pregnant anymore What did you do to her? 
Reggie: I pushed her to the floor and she had a miscarriage Then I shot her stupid husband right infront of her. Then I shot her but she didn't know it. That's right I put three bullet holes right in her chest and now I'm going to do the same damn thing to you. 
Ford rushes into the supply room.  
James: Ford get out of here right now. 
Reggie: who's this guy? 
Reggie points the gun at Ford. 
James: he's my brother. 
Reggie: I'm going to kill you both. 
Ford: Carly and Franco are dead you killed them How could you. Carly died in my arms 
Reggie: do you think I care? 
James lunges at Reggie. James and Reggie are fighting over the gun. Reggie gets the gun and he throws James to the floor. He puts the gun to James's throat. 
Ford is flashing back to when he was little and his father Adam would put a loaded gun to James's throat and threaten to shoot him with it. 
Ford's voice: No dad, please leave my little brother alone Don't shoot him. 
Adam's voice: your brother is going to die I don't want him I hate him and I hate you. 
Ford voice: Father no.  
James's voice: Dad please don't kill me. I don't want to die I'm too young I don't want to be dead I want to live. Please father don't pull the trigger don't put a bullet in my throat. 
Ford: let him go Shoot me instead. 
James: No brother I can't let that happen. 
Ford: I'm saving you brother I want you to be alive for Claire I want you to be with her I want you to always be there for her let Reggie kill me. I will take your place James let me be the one with a gun held to my throat. 
James: No brother I can't do that. Brother I love you and I must protect you I didn't get to protect you when we were little. Our father would take you into a room and punch you and hit you with a belt. I would be sitting in my room I would hear you screaming in pain through the walls of my room I was scared for you I wanted to run down and sheild your body and let dad beat me instead of you. 
Ford: brother I love you too. James I would sit in my room and listen to dad yell at you and I came downstairs one day and I saw him put a gun to your heart I was so scared I started panicking I had a panic attack I passed out and you were worried about me but dad wasn't. He didn't care that I had a panic attack he thought I was fine I wasn't I was scared I couldn't take any more abuse. So Reggie get it over with kill me. 
James: Nooo. 
In slow motion Reggie takes the gun away from James's throat Reggie points it at Ford. 
Reggie: get back or I will kill you. 
James looks at His brother Ford.

At the hospital. 
Riley rushes Claire into the emergancy room. 
Riley: I need some help over here. 
Spencer: Riley what happend to her? 
Riley: her daughter Danielle stabbed her. 
Spencer. that b***h how dare she stab your sister. 
Claire: Riley where am I? 
Riley: your at the hospital. 
Claire: why? 
Riley: Danielle stabbed you in the back with a knife. 
Spencer takes Claire into the operating room. 
Spencer does surgry on Claire he saves Claire's life. 
Claire: thanks best friend. 
Spencer: your welcome Claire I'm glad that your ok. 
Claire: me too I was scared that the knife would have killed me. 
Spencer: me too. 
Claire: where's James I want to see him. 
Spencer: he's taking care of something. 
Claire: what is it? 
Spencer: I don't know. 
Claire: oh ok. 
Claire leaves the operating room. 
Riley: hey sis your ok. 
Claire: yes I am. Where is James and Ford have you seen them? 
Gunshot. 
Claire: Riley did you just hear that? It sounded like a gunshot. 
Riley: come on let's find out what it is. 
Claire: it was a gunshot What if James or Ford have been shot. 
Riley: I hope not. 
Claire and Riley run to the medical supply room. Claire sees Franco and Carly's bodies laying in the hallway. 
Claire covers her mouth and she cries. 
Riley: Claire what is it? 
Claire: Franco and Carly their dead. Someone shot them. 
Riley: there must be a shooter in this hospital. 
Claire: they must have James and Ford. I don't want them to get shot I love them both. 
Riley: wait did you just say that you love them both! 
Claire: yes I did. Riley when I had amenisa from the car accident I was in with you I kissed Ford at the hospital in my room. I kissed Mark too he's my friend but I love him too.  
Riley: oh my god sis this is crazy you love three guys. 
Claire: I know it is crazy I can't believe that happend to me. 
Riley: me either. 
Gunshot. 
Claire: I heard a 2nd gunshot. 
Riley and Claire open the door of the medical supply room. 
Claire: Noooo. 
Riley holds Claire back from Ford. 
Ford collaspes to the floor of the medical supply room. 
James: Brother no. 
Ford: James I'm going to die. 
Riley: not a chance I'm going to save you Ford your going to be ok.  
Claire rushes over to James she hugs him. 
Claire: James do you feel any pain in your stomach?  
James: No I don't. 
Claire: Good sweetheart that means you didn't get shot. 
Reggie: I could arrange that. 
Claire stands infront of James. 
Riley turns around and he sees that Reggie is pointing the gun at Claire. 
Riley: Claire Noo. 
Ford: Claire get out of the way. 
Claire: No I love him he's my husband I'm not letting this Reggie guy put a bullet in him. 
Ford: he'll kill you too Claire I don't want that to happen I still love you I've always loved you. 
Claire: you have? 
Ford: yes I have you mean alot to me. 
Claire: you my best friend Ford your like a brother to me I love you too. 
James: I love you too Ford your a good brother. 
Reggie: I've had enough of this stupid s**t. Say goodbye Claire Gregory. 
Claire: you know my name How do you know who I am?  
Reggie: I saw your name in the paper when you were in that car accident that made you lose your memory. 
Claire: are you some kind of stalker? 
Reggie: yes I am I'm here to collect and to kill someone. 
Claire: kill me. Let my brother Riley and my husband James and his brother Ford let them leave alive and let me be the one to die  
James: No Claire I can't let you be shot. 
Claire: James I would take a bullet for you. That is how much I love you.

At Jim's hospital room. 
Jessica walks into the room. 
Jim: hey honey. 
Jessica: i'm so glad that your ok I'm angry with my father for shooting you He almost killed you. 
Jim: I know sweetheart.  
Jessica: Jim I'm pregnant I found out last night were going to have a son. 
Jim: Jason would have had a little brother to take care of.  But he can't because he's dead. 
Jason walks into Jim's hospital room. 
Jason: hey dad and mom. 
Jessica: Oh my god Jason your alive? 
Jason: I survived being shot. 
Jessica: I love you so much. I have something to tell you. 
Jason: what is it mom? 
Jessica: I'm pregnant again your going to have a little brother to take Care of. 
Jim: Jason your alive. 
Jason: yes I am. 
Jim: I thought I lost you forever son I love you. 
Jason: I love you too dad. 
Jim and Jessica hug their son Jason.

Back in the medical supply room. 
Claire is still standing infront of James. 
Riley: sis get out of the way. 
Claire: No Riley It's okay it's time that you let me go it's time for you to let me die. 
Ford: Claire please don't let Reggie shoot you. 
Claire: I'm sorry Ford but I made my choice. I'm going to stand infront of my husband and I'm going to let a bullet go through me. 
Reggie c***s the gun. 
He shoots a bullet at Claire's stomach. 
The bullet makes contact with her stomach. 
A Loud gunshot rings out through her stomach.  
Riley: Nooo. 
Ford holds Riley back from Claire. 
Reggie fires a second bullet at Claire's stomach. The bullet flies into her stomach  
A really Loud gunshot goes through her stomach. 
Riley: Nooo Claire Nooo. 
Riley is breaking free from Ford's grasp. 
Riley catches his sister in his arms as she is falling from being shot. 
Claire: Riley I love you so much your a good brother.  
James sees the blood coming from his wife's stomach. 
James: Noooo. 
He rushes over to her and he craddles her in his arms. 
Claire: J a m e s .... 
Claire shuts her eyes She passes out from being shot. 
James: Claire, Claire can you hear me? Sweetheart say something. Ford I need you to check for a pulse. 
Ford rushes over to Claire and James. 
Ford puts his two fingers on Claire's neck. 
He checks for her pulse. 
Ford: her pulse is very weak She needs surgry right away or she'll die. 
Riley: Claire wake up Sis you can't leave me I need you. 
Ford: Riley can you help me up with her? We need to carry her to the operating room. 
Riley: sure. 
Ford and Riley carefully take Claire out of James's arms. Riley and Ford carry her out of the medical supply room. They take her to the operating room. 
Spencer: what happend? 
Riley: she got shot protecting James from this guy Reggie. 
Ford: Reggie is in the medical supply room. 
Riley: I'll call the police he needs to be arrested 
Riley calls the police. 
A cop shows up and he arrests Reggie. 
He takes reggie to jail. 
Meanwhile Spencer is doing surgry on Claire.  
Claire's moniter starts flatlining. 
James and Riley and Ford are standing in the waiting room. 
James: what is taking so long. 
Ford: Spencer knows what he's doing he saved me when I was shot. 
Meanwhile Spencer gets the moniter to stop flatlining. He saves Claire's life.
