Episode info: James returns. Danielle and Jason kiss. Ford is shot. Landon is shot. Jessica tells Kelly about her Brain tumor.

Tempted episode 35
At claire and James's house. 
Jason: hey Danielle. 
Danielle: I like you Jason you saved my life when I was little I was sick because my liver didn't develop You saved my life you got my liver to work. Then Eli took me and you saved me from him. Even though I was little at the time I was afraid that he had a gun and you would have been shot. 
Jason: I like you too Danielle. Your beautiful. 
Danielle kisses Jason on the lips. 
They keep kissing.

At The park. 
Riley is going for a run. 
Ford is walking in the park. 
Riley sees Ford. 
Ford: Riley I found something. 
Riley: what did you find? 
Ford: I found a picture of James and Claire on the grass last night where that accident was. 
Riley: what does this mean? 
Ford: that James might still be alive. 
Riley: James can't be alive.

At the hospital. 
Claire walks into the hospital. 
She walks past Joey's room. 
She goes into his room. 
Joey is sleeping.  
He wakes up. 
Claire: who are you? 
Joey: My name is Joey samual. Your brother Riley helped me last night. 
Claire: were you the one in that car accident? 
Joey: yes I was. 
Claire: are you ok? 
Joey: I have a broken leg. 
Claire: aw Joey I'm sorry. If you want you can come live with me and Ford. 
Joey: that sounds great I hope you don't mind. 
Claire: oh not at all. Your welcome to stay with us I mean you have a broken leg and I don't want you to get hurt. 
Joey kisses Claire on the lips. 
Claire pulls away. 
Claire: why did you just kiss me? 
Joey: I don't know I didn't mean to. 
Claire: it's alright i know that it was a accident. 
Joey looks into Claire's eyes.

At kelly's apartment. 
Jessica knocks on the door. 
Kelly opens the door. 
Jessica: hey kelly. 
Kelly: hey I haven't heard from you in a while. 
Jessica: there is something that I have to tell you. 
Kelly: what is it? 
Jessica: Kelly I have a brain tumor I'm dying. 
Kelly: oh my god. 
Jessica: I'm scared Kelly I don't know how much time I have left to live. 
Kelly: I'm so sorry. 
Jessica begins to cry. 
Kelly: how long have you had this? 
Jessica: For weeks I've known this.

In Joey's hospital room. 
Claire: I know those Brown eyes. 
Joey: Claire what are you talking about? 
Claire: I know that black hair. Oh my god James your alive your really here your not dead your not laying in that casket 
James hugs Claire. 
Claire begins to cry. 
James: shh sweetheart don't cry. 
Eli comes into the room. 
Claire: Get out of here. 
James: who are you? 
Eli: I'm Eli Thompson. 
James: leave Claire alone. 
Eli: why should i. I'm taking this whole hospital hostage. 
Claire: No you can't do that. 
Eli: I am. Starting with you and James. 
Claire: James we have to get out of Here. 
Eli: guess what Claire? 
Claire: what? 
Eli: I killed your stupid little daughter Your baby is dead. 
Claire: No, No, No. How could you take my baby and kill it. 
James: you did what? 
Claire: he killed Danielle. 
James: you b*****d how dare you kill my new daughter. 
Eli takes out a gun and he points it at James. 
Claire: No. 
Eli: I'll kill your husband.

At the park. 
Ford: who was that guy you found last night? 
Riley: his name is Joey samual. 
Ford: do you think that he could be James? 
Riley: I don't know. I couldn't see his eyes or the color of his hair all I was worried about was saving the guy's life. 
Ford: I'm starting to think that he's James. The guy just shows up out of no where. 
Riley: maybe he is James. Come on we have to get to the hospital. I have to talk to Joey. 
Riley and Ford leave the park.

Back at Claire and James's house. 
Danielle and Jason are still kissing. 
Jason: Danielle I have to go to work. 
Danielle: where do you work? 
Jason: I'm a doctor at the hospital.  
Danielle: can I come with you? 
Jason: sure you can. 
Danielle: I love you Jason. 
Jason: I love you too. 
Danielle and Jason Leave the house.

Back at the hospital. 
Riley comes into the hospital with Ford. 
Riley goes to find Claire. 
Claire is in the hallway. 
Claire is looking scared. 
Riley: Claire what's going on? 
Claire: Eli is taking the whole hospital hostage. 
Riley: that son of a b***h. 
Claire: James is alive. 
Riley: wait a minute how is he alive? 
Claire: he wasn't Joey it was James pretending to be somebody else. 
Riley: I can't believe that James is back I can't believe that he's Alive. 
Claire: i'm so happy. 
Danielle and Jason come into the hospital. 
Claire: Danielle honey. 
Danielle: mom I missed you so much. 
Claire and Danielle hug. 
Jason is watching them hug he's smiling. 
Eli is behind him with a gun. 
Jason turns around. 
Eli fires bullets at Jason's chest. 
Danielle hears the gunshots. 
Danielle sees that Eli is shooting Jason. 
Danielle: Nooooo. 
Claire holds her daughter back. 
Jason's body collapses to the floor. 
Danielle rushes over to Jason. 
Jason: Danielle run. 
Danielle: No i'm not leaving you I love you.  
James comes up to Claire. 
Claire: James our daughter needs your help. 
James: what happend is she ok? 
Claire: Jason's shot. 
James: who's Jason? 
Claire: Jessica and Jim's son. 
James: oh no I have to help him. 
James turns around and Eli is standing infront of him. 
Eli shoots James in the chest. 
James feels a sharp pain go through his chest. 
Claire hears the gunshot. 
Claire: Noooo. 
Riley holds her back from James. 
James slowly collaspes to the floor of the hospital Claire is watching as he falls. 
Claire: No, No, No James. You shot him how could you. 
Eli: shut up b***h.

In the other hallway of the hospital. 
Danielle is holding Jason in her arms. 
Danielle sees the blood coming from his chest. 
She cries 
Ford sees her crying and he sees blood on her hands. 
Ford rushes Over to Danielle. 
Ford: Danielle what happend? 
Danielle: Jason got shot You need to help him He's losing too much blood. 
Ford: get me a blanket I'll be able to stop his bleeding that way. 
Danielle rushes to get a blanket for ford to hold on Jason's bullet wounds to stop the bleeding. 
Ford: Danielle he needs surgry right away or the bullets will kill him. 
Jason keeps bleeding out of his chest. 
Danielle: No Jason don't die I love you. 
Ford: I'll operate on him I'll save him don't worry. 
Ford carefully gets the bullets out of Jason's chest.  
Danielle is crying. 
Ford: shh Danielle it's ok I got the bullets out of him. 
Ford stitches Jason's chest up.

Back in the other side of the hospital. 
Riley: Nobody calls my sister a b***h. 
Riley lunges at Eli. 
A guy named Landon comes into the hospital and he sees the fight. 
He sees a gun on the floor. 
He pulls the trigger Riley is standing too close The bullet passes through Riley's stomach. 
Gunshot. 
Claire: Noooo. 
Riley touches his stomach Blood gets on his Hand Riley slowly falls to the floor. 
Claire: Nooo Riley. 
Riley is shaking on the floor. 
Eli stands over Riley. He points the gun down at Riley. 
Claire: No please don't kill my brother please don't hurt him leave my brother alone. 
Landon: leave Riley alone. 
Riley: Landon what are you doing here? I thought you were dead. 
Landon: I'm back I survived. 
Riley: Landon you need to help Claire and James and Ford and her daughter Danielle and her boyfriend Jason.  
Landon: I'll try to protect you all. 
Eli: No you won't. 
Riley: don't you dare shoot my friend. 
Eli: say goodbye Landon. 
Riley: Nooo. 
Gunshot. 
Landon falls to the floor. 
Claire: Landon are you ok? 
Landon: I'm going to be ok The bullet missed. 
Landon gets back up and Claire does surgry on Riley. James runs to find Ford.

At the other end of the hospital. 
Jason:  Danielle I love you. 
Danielle: I love you too I thought you were going to die. 
Jason: I know. I was afraid of leaving you in danger if I died.   
Danielle kisses Jason on the lips. 
Jason: i will always protect you I would take a bullet for you.
Danielle: I love you Jason You mean everything to me. 
Jason: I want to marry you. 
Danielle: I want to marry you too. 
Claire and James and Riley and Landon find Danielle and Jason together. 
Claire: Jason are you alright? 
Jason: yeah I'm fine Ford saved my life. 
Claire: where is Ford? 
Jason: he went to fight Eli. 
Claire: he's going to get himself killed. 
James: I'll find him. 
Claire grabs James by the arm gently. 
Claire: No James you can't go. Eli has a gun you'll get shot again I don't want to lose you I love you. 
James. Claire nothing will happen to me. 
Claire: James promise me that you'll come back. 
James: I promise. I'm helping my brother I love my brother he needs me to help him if I don't help him he'll be shot and killed by Eli's bullets. 
Claire: I don't want anything to happen to Ford You have to save him. 
James: I'll save him I forgive him for what he did to me. 
James rushes off to find his brother Ford.

In Ford's office. 
Eli: hello Ford. 
Ford: leave my friends and my family alone right now Eli. 
Eli: I don't think so Ford. 
Ford: I swear If you shoot my brother or his wife Claire or her daughter danielle I will kill you Eli. 
Eli: oh really Ford Why don't I kill you instead. 
Ford: Get out of here You've Hurt enough people. 
Eli: shut up Ford. 
James opens the door to Ford's office. 
Ford and Eli are fighting over the gun. 
Eli gets the gun and he fires bullets at Ford's chest. 
James: Nooooooo. 
Ford: James get out of Here it's dangerous. Go back to Claire. Let me die please let me die for everything I did to you. 
James: No brother I'm not leaving without you. 
Tyler arrives. 
Tyler: Eli your under arrest for shooting everyone and holding them hostage. 
Eli points his gun at Tyler. 
Tyler: I will open fire in 2 seconds You will be taken down with bullets if you don't drop the gun. 
James watches as Ford collaspes to the floor in pain. 
James: Noo my brother. 
Ford dies from getting shot by Eli. 
James picks Ford up and he carries him into the hallway of the hospital. 
Tyler fires bullets at Eli's chest. 
The bullets make contact with Eli's chest. 
Gunshots Gunshots Gunshots Gunshots 
Eli fires a bullet at Tyler. 
3 cops come into the room. 
The 3 cops open fire on Eli's chest with police bullets The police bullets hit Eli in the chest. 
Eli falls to the floor and he dies.

In the hallway of the hospital. 
Claire sees James holding Ford to him. 
Claire: James honey what happend. 
James: Eli killed Ford. 
Claire: No, No, No. 
James: I'm Sorry Claire. 
Claire begins to cry. 
Ford wakes up. 
Ford: I'm alive. I was faking it so James could get me out of there. 
Claire hugs Ford. 
Ford: Claire why did you care that I was shot? 
Claire: Your my friend I Was worried that you almost died. 
Ford: that's sweet of you Claire. 
Claire: yeah Ford I care about you. Your a good friend. 
Ford smiles at Claire. 
James kisses Claire on the lips. 
Riley: Ford someone has been shot. 
Ford: who is it? 
Riley: Landon He took a bullet. 
Ford: is he ok? 
Riley: He's dead the bullet was too big to get out of his stomach. 
Ford: Oh no. 
Claire: what happend? 
Riley: Landon's dead a stray bullet hit him in the stomach. 
Claire: No. 
Riley: I'm sorry sis but our friend is dead. 
Claire begins to cry she keeps crying. 
James hugs Claire as she is crying.
