Episode info: Ford rapes Claire. James comes to Claire's rescue. Cara and Kendall trap Claire at the country club pool. Mark saves Claire. Mark is Shot.

Tempted episode 31 
At The hotel in Ohio. 
Claire is sitting on the couch. 
Ford knocks on the door. 
Claire opens it. 
Ford: hello sexy. Do you want to have sex. 
Claire: Get away from me Ford.

Ford grabs Claire by the arm. 
Ford kisses Claire on the lips.

Ford forces Claire down on the couch. 
Claire: No Ford stop please. Don't touch me get off of me stop it I'm begging you. 
Claire cries as Ford is raping her.

At the hospital in Ohio 
Riley is sleeping in the bed 
Erica comes into the room. 
Riley wakes up and he looks at Erica.

Jessica is driving her car. 
Jim is sitting in the passenger side.

A car is coming at Jessica's black maserati. 
The car smashes into the maserati. The maserati flips. Jessica is killed in the accident. 
Jim: Jessica honey wake up. Are you alright. 
Jessica is bleeding from her head. 
Jim: No sweetheart. 
Jessica doesn't wake up. 
Jim: Jessica can you hear me? 
Jim carefully picks Jessica's lifeless body up. He gets out of the wrecked car 
He sits down on the ground and he craddles Jessica to him Jessica is dead in his arms. 
Jim: Jessica say something. 
Jim sees blood on his hands. 
Jim begins to cry. He realizes that Jessica is dead.

Back at the hotel in Ohio 
James comes into the hotel room he is looking for Claire. 
Claire is screaming at Ford to get off of her. 
James hears her screaming. 
James rushes into the room. He sees Ford on top of Claire. 
James: what the hell are you doing to my wife Take your hands off of her. 
Claire: James help me. 
James: get off of her right now Ford. 
Claire is sobbing. 
Ford smacks Claire across the face. 
Claire is crying. 
James pulls Ford off of Claire. 
 James: you son of a b***h what did you do to her. Tell me right now. 
Ford: I raped her. 
James: you son of a b***h You raped my wife how dare you.
Claire is sobbing and shaking on the floor.

 At Carly and Franco's apartment. 
Carly runs into the bathroom and she pukes in the toilet. Franco comes into the bathroom. 
Franco: Carly honey are you ok? 
Carly: Franco I just puked I think I might be pregnant. 
Franco: aw honey. 
Carly: I need you to go to the store and get me a pregnancy test. 
Franco: Ok sweetheart. 
Carly: please be careful while your out. I heard on the news about these shootings and I don't want you to get caught in a shooting. I  don't want to lose you I love you so much you mean alot to me. 
Franco: I'll be safe Carly I promise you. I was thinking of becoming a cop. 
Carly: No I don't want you to be a cop You'll get shot. That's a dangerous job and if I'm pregnant I don't want to lose you to a  bullet. If I'm pregnant I need you to help me take care of our baby. 
Franco: I want to be a hero Carly don't you get it? I want to arrest Kendall for what she did to me she almost killed me with that shotgun at our wedding. 
Carly: what If she kills you out on the street while your working? 
Franco: she won't I'll always keep my gun loaded. 
Carly: Franco I'm not letting you become a cop. I want you to keep being a doctor Your a hero everyday in that hospital. Your a great doctor. 
Franco: Fine I'll keep being a doctor I know that I'm really good at it. 
Carly: thank you sweetheart. 
Franco: I'm going to go buy you that pregnacy test. 
Franco kisses Carly on the lips. 
Franco leaves their apartment and he goes to the store.

Back at the hospital in Ohio 
Riley: why did you do that to them? You abandoned them You left them with a abusive father. 
Erica: I didn't want to take care of them I didn't want kids Having James and Ford was a big mistake. 
Riley: How could you say that? 
 Erica: It's the truth I didn't want them I should have gave them up or had them killed. 
Riley: Oh My God your just like their father. You are mean like he is. Do you know what you did to them you ripped their hearts out. You didn't want them you didn't want to be their mother you left them with Adam. It wasn't fair for James and Ford I hope that you know that James and Ford are in pain because of you.

Erica walks out of Riley's hospital room.

Claire: James I need to see Riley I want to tell him about what happend to me. 
James: I'll take you to the hospital to see him.

Franco walks into the store A guy with a gun is behind him Franco turns around. The guy points his gun at Franco. 
Guy: give me your wallet. 
Franco: why? 
Guy: I'm robbing you. 
Franco: listen I have to get home to 
My wife she sent me here to buy a pregnacy test, 
Guy: I don't care. if you don't give me money I'm going to shoot you. 
Franco: no please don't shoot me. 
Guy: then give me your wallet and you'll be fine. 
Franco hands the guy the wallet. 
Franco doesn't have any money in his wallet He hid the Money in his pocket. 
The guy gets angry and he pulls a loaded gun on Franco.

Back at the hospital 
Claire comes into the room. 
Riley is watching T.V. 
Claire is shaking Riley looks at Claire. 
Riley: Claire what happend you look so upset. 
Claire: Ford raped me Riley. 
Riley: he did what? 
Claire: he raped me He forced me down and he made me have sex with him. 
Riley: that b*****d I'm going to kill him 
He's disgusting. He shot me and he tried to kill me and he stabbed James and he tried to kill him. It's over I'm going to get rid of Ford He doesn't deserve to live. 
Claire: Riley he's dangerous he has guns remember he'll shoot you again I don't want that to happen to you. 
Riley: I'll be fine Claire don't worry about me I survived I woke up. 
Claire: Riley what if he kills you. 
Riley: he won't. 
Claire: I love you brother. I'll see you later.

Kendall is sitting on the couch. 
cara: hello Kendall I have a plan. 
Kendall: what kind of plan? 
Cara: Find Claire and take her hostage and shoot her. 
Kendall: I like this plan. 
cara: Me too. 
Kendall: Claire is going to die. 
Cara: yes she is this is going to be great.

At the hospital in Ohio 
Ford: hello Mom. 
Erica: hello Ford what are you doing here? 
Ford: I came back because I wanted to watch Claire she's hot.

Kendall: I'm Not going to hurt you. 
Claire: Fine I'll meet you. 
Kendall: Good I'll see you in a few. 
Claire hangs up on Kendall. 
cara: is our plan all set? 
Kendall: yes it is. She thinks that I'm not going to hurt her well she  has another thing coming. 
Cara: kill her when she arrives. Shoot her to death. 
Kendall: I will kill her.

Back on the road 
Jim is still craddling Jessica in his arms. 
He is crying He calls his son Jason hale.
Jim: son I need you to call a ambulance right now your mother is bleeding bad. She has Been in a car accident. 
Jason: is mom dead? Dad tell me please. 
Jim: your mother is dead son I'm sorry. 
Jason begins to cry he keeps crying.

Back at the store 
The guy c***s the trigger on the gun. 
Franco: No please I don't want to die. 
The guy fires a bullet at Franco the bullet hits Franco in the chest. The guy fires a second bullet the bullet hits Franco in the chest. 
A second robber comes into the store and they fire bullets at Franco's chest The bullets explode through Franco's chest. The two robbers shoot hails of bullets at Franco's chest Franco starts bleeding from his chest. 
Franco collapses to the floor.

At the country club. 
Claire shows up at the country club. 
Claire: Hello? 
Kendall: hey Claire 
Claire: Why did you call me? 
Kendall: I'm taking you hostage I tricked you on the phone. 
Claire: you b***h. 
Kendall takes out a gun and she points it at Claire. 
Claire: Please don't shoot me I'm pregnant. 
Kendall: do you think I care? 
Claire: deep down I know that you care about unborn children Your not  all bad you just put on a act to make you look tough and mean. 
Kendall: Oh really? You have no idea what I can do to you. 
Mark: let Claire go. 
Claire: Mark what are you doing here? 
Mark: I'm here to save you. 
Kendall c***s the gun. 
Claire: No please don't shoot me I'm begging you If you shoot me 
you'll make me miscarry my unborn son and Daughter. 
Kendall: Claire your going to die and your brother Riley will never  see you again Your husband James will never get to hold you close to him. Say goodbye Claire prepare to take bullets. 
Kendall opens fire She shoots a bullet. 
Mark: Nooooo. 
Mark throws himself infront of Claire and the bullet Mark takes the bullet meant for Claire. 
Kendall fires a second bullet at mark's chest. 
Claire is crying. 
Mark slowly falls to the floor of the country club cabana. 
Claire: Noooo Mark. 
Claire rushes Over to Mark. 
Mark: Claire I had to protect you. 
Claire: I know. 
Mark: I took a bullet for you. I would do it again because your my friend I must protect you from bad people. 
Claire: mark i'm calling a ambulance. 
Mark: how's Riley did he wake up? 
Claire: Yes Riley woke up I'm so happy that he is going to be ok 
Mark: me too I was worried about him. 
Claire sees blood coming out of Mark's chest. 
Claire: I need a ambulance right now. My friend Mark Clarke just took a bullet in the chest. He's bleeding badly get here fast or if you don't I'll take him to the hospital myself. You know what I'm taking him myself it's much better 
Claire carefully lifts Mark up She carries him to the hospital.
