Tempted episode 28 
At kelly's apartment. 
Kelly is sitting on the couch. 
John knocks on the door. 
Kelly opens the door. 
John: Kelly it happend Claire got shot She's in the hospital. 
Kelly: Oh no is she going to be ok? 
John: I don't know. 
Kelly: I'm going to the hospital to see Claire. 
John: I'll come with you. 
Kelly: Ok. 
John and Kelly go to the hospital.

At the hospital 
Jessica is sitting in the waiting room for a doctor to take her into  her raidation treatment. 
Ford comes up to her. 
Jessica: Ford your alive? 
Ford: where's Claire? 
Jessica; She was shot. 
Ford: oh No Who shot her? 
Jessica: Todd did. It was a accident. 
 Ford: I need to see her. 
Jessica: Ford she loves your brother. James and Claire got married 
Ford: How could they do this. 
Jessica: Ford she thought you were dead and so did your brother. 
Ford: I'm going to talk to James. I'm very angry at him I trusted him not to fall in love with my wife.

In Claire's hospital room 
Claire is sleeping. James comes into the room and he. Sits down on the bed and he holds her hand he kisses her hand Claire wakes up and she  smiles at James. 
James: How's my Twinkle doing? Are you feeling ok are you in any pain from being shot? 
Claire: I feel no pain The doctor gave me morphine to calm the pain from the bullet. 
James: Good You scared me when your moniter was flatlining I was crying. 
Claire: aw honey i'm sorry that I scared you. 
James: I almost lost you and i was breaking down I was falling apart I 
thought I was going to lose you to that bullet. 
Claire: well you didn't I'm still here aren't I? 
James smiles at Claire. 
Claire: call me twinkle. 
James: your my twinkle and I love you. 
James kisses Claire on the lips. 
They keep kissing.

At Carly's apartment 
Carly is sleeping in her bed. 
Franco comes into her room and he lays down next to her on the bed He 
wraps his arms around her. Carly opens her eyes. 
Carly: who's there? 
Franco: it's me sweetheart. 
Carly: Franco? 
Franco: yes.  
Carly: your alive. 
Franco: yes I am. 
Carly: how did you survive from being shot? 
Franco: I guess someone found me and fixed me up. 
Carly: I'm glad they did. I love you so much Franco. 
Franco: I love you too Carly. I have something that I want to ask you. 
Carly: what is it honey? 
Franco: Carly will you marry me? 
Carly: yes I will Marry you. 
Franco slips a diamond ring onto Carly's finger. 
Franco and Carly kiss. They keep kissing.

At the hospital 
Mark comes to the hospital to see Claire. 
Claire is watching tv in her hospital room. 
Mark comes into her room. 
Claire: GET AWAY FROM ME 
STAY AWAY FROM ME MARK. WHY ARE YOU HERE? 
mark: Claire I came here to apologize to you for everything I have ever done to you. I never meant those things that I did to you. I am hoping that you'll forgive me for all the things I have done. 
Claire: I forgive you Mark. 
Mark: You do? 
Claire: Yes. 
Mark: why are you in the hospital? 
Claire: My friend Todd accidently shot me. 
Mark: are you ok? 
Claire: Yea I'm going to be fine. 
Mark: why is Jessica at the hospital Is she sick? 
Claire: mark there is something that I have to tell you. 
Mark: what is it? 
Claire: Jessica has been diagnosed with a brain tumor. She's dying Mark.  Mark: Oh My God. 
Mark begins to cry. 
Claire: Shh mark. It's ok. 
Mark: it's not ok Claire. I have done bad things to you both and now Jessica is dying. 
Claire: Mark her Brain tumor isn't your fault You didn't cause this  Something else caused it. She would get headaches all the time. 
Mark: I need to see her. 
Claire: You can't go not without giving me a hug because I trust you  now I want to be your friend. 
Mark hugs claire. He is still crying about Jessica.

 At Claire and James's house 
James is sitting on the couch watching tv and drinking a beer and eating pizza. 
Ford rings the doorbell. 
James gets up and he answers the door Ford is standing in the doorway looking at James. Ford has a angry look on his face. 
Ford: James how dare you marry my wife. 
James: Brother your alive? 
Ford: how could you do this to me? You stole my wife from me. 
James: Brother I love Claire and she loves me. 
Ford: I could kill you for this. 
James: Ford please don't hurt me You don't understand Claire thought you were dead she couldn't handle the pain of your death so we fell in love. Please don't be angry. 
Ford grabs James by the collar of his shirt. 
Ford: Stay away from my wife brother or your dead.

At the hospital 
Claire is sleeping in the bed. 
Riley comes into the room. He sits down next to her and he holds her hand Claire wakes up and she smiles at her brother. 
Claire: hi Riley. 
Riley: Hey sis I'm glad that your ok. 
Claire: I almost died in surgry Riley. 
Riley: what happend in there? 
Claire: my moniter flatlined I almost didn't make it I almost died on  the operating table. 
Riley: Oh my god sis. 
Claire: James was yelling at the doctors to save me from dying. 
Riley: He was yelling at them to save you? 
Claire: Yes he did. 
Riley: aw he loves you. 
Claire: I know he does and I love him too. 
Riley: sis I am going to go talk to James. I'll see you later get some  rest. 
Claire: before you go bro. I have to tell you something. 
Riley: Ok sis what is it? 
Claire: Mark came to visit me in the hospital He apologized for everything he ever did to me. 
Riley: Really Mark apologized to you? 
Claire: Yes he did. I'm glad that he isn't trying to hurt me anymore. 
Riley: I'm glad too sis. Well I gotta go I love you and I'm glad that you didn't die from getting shot. 
Claire: I love you too brother. 
Riley hugs Claire 
Riley leaves her hospital room. 
He leaves the hospital and he goes to find James

At Claire and James's house 
James looks at Ford. 
James: You can't make me stay away from Claire She loves me. 
Ford throws James up against the wall. 
James: Brother what are you doing? 
Ford: Something that dad should have done along time ago. I'm taking you back to Ohio You'll be far away from Claire. 
James: I don't want to go there. 
I'm not going back there Dad will beat me. 
Ford: I hope he does You deserve to be beaten to death James. 
James: Brother I thought you cared about me. 
 Ford: Not anymore I hate you James You fell in love with the only girl that I love and now you must pay. 
James: No please. 
Ford takes out a gun and he points it at James. 
Ford: now you are going to do what I tell you or you'll get a bullet shot right through your head.

At Jessica's apartment 
Jessica is sitting on the couch. 
Mark knocks on the door. 
Jessica gets up and she opens the door. 
Jessica: MARK WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE? GET OUT OF HERE BEFORE I CALL 
THE COPS ON YOU. 
Mark: Jessica calm down I'm not here to hurt you. 
Jessica: WHAT DO YOU WANT? 
Mark: I came here to apologize to You for everything I've done to you. 
Jessica: you are? 
Mark: yes I Am. Will you please sit down so we can talk. 
Jessica sits down on the couch. 
Mark sits down next to her. 
Mark: Look Jess I know about your brain tumor. Claire told me when I  saw her at the hospital. 
Jessica: you saw her? 
Mark: yes I did I went to the hospital to apologize to her for everything I did to her I realize that I hurt alot of people Now I want everything to be different. 
Jessica: can I trust you? 
Mark: Yes you can I've changed. 
Jessica: I accept your apology. 
Mark: you do? 
Jessica: Yes. 
Mark: thank you so much Jessica. Is there anything I can do to help you? 
Jessica: I need your help. 
Mark: what do you need I'll help you. 
Jessica: Can you make this brain tumor go away? 
Mark: I don't know if I can. 
Jessica: I don't want to die mark I'm scared I don't want to leave my friends and my family behind. 
Mark: I'm sorry Jessica I'm sorry that your going through this. 
Jessica begins to cry. 
Mark hugs Jessica as she is crying.

In claire's hospital room 
Claire: hey John and kelly. 
John: are you ok Claire? I heard what happend You took a bullet. 
Claire: Yeah I feel fine. 
Kelly: I'm so glad that your ok.  I thought Kendall would have killed you. 
Claire: I hate kendall so much. I can't believe she's Back to torment  me. 
John: I will do anything to keep that son of a b***h away from you. 
Claire: Thanks John. I'm getting out of the hospital today. 
Kelly: that's good I'm glad your going home. 
Claire: Me too. I hope my husband James is ok I love him so much. 
Kelly: Claire there is something that I have to tell you. 
Claire: what is it? 
Kelly: Ford is alive.  
Claire: oh my god I thought he was dead. 
Kelly: I know so did I. He's angry that you married James. 
Claire: Wow I don't know what to do. I thought He was dead so I moved  on with his brother.  I love James and I don't want to give him up. 
Kelly: Then don't.

Back at Claire and James's house 
Riley walks into the house and he sees Ford pointing a gun at James. 
Riley: what is going on here? 
Ford: I'm taking James back to Ohio Dad is going to beat the s**t out of him. 
Riley: No Ford you can't do that. He'll Kill James. 
Ford: I don't care what dad does to him. James took my wife from me and he shouldn't have done that. 
James: Ford I'm sorry. Please don't do this I don't want to go to Ohio. Claire's Pregnant with my baby and she needs me. 
Ford: you got her pregnant too?you son of a b***h. 
James: I love her Ford. She doesn't love you anymore she wants to be with me 
Ford drugs James. 
James collaspes to the floor. 
He points the gun down at James. 
Riley: No Ford don't shoot him.  He's your brother 
Ford: I don't have a brother James is dead to me. 
Riley: Listen Ford you don't want to shoot your own brother. 
Ford points the gun at Riley. 
Ford: You better shut up before I put a bullet in you. Leave Riley or you will get shot to death. 
Riley leaves the house. 
Ford picks James up and he carries him out of the house and to his car. 
Ford drives away.

At Carly's apartment 
Franco and Carly have sex. 
Franco: I can't wait to marry you. 
Carly: I know I can't wait to marry you either. 
Franco: I love you so much Carly. 
Carly: I love you too Franco. 
Franco and Carly keep kissing and having sex.

Back at Claire and James's house. 
Riley helps claire into the house. 
Claire: James honey i'm home where are you? 
James doesn't answer Claire. 
Riley looks at Claire. 
Riley: there is something that I have to tell you. 
Claire: Riley where's James? 
Riley: Ford took James back to Ohio. 
Claire: No. 
Riley: He's going to kill James. 
Claire: No, No, No my husband can't die. Ford can't do this to his own brother. 
Riley: Ford is very angry with James for Falling in love with you. 
Claire: It's not James's fault We both thought that Ford was dead so we both moved on. I love James so much. Riley we need to get him back before he's killed. 
Riley: ok come on I'll pack our stuff. We are going to save James, anyway I promised to always be here for him. I told him that he'll  always be a brother to me I would take a bullet for him. 
Claire: I would do the same for him.

At Adam's house in Ohio 
Ford gets James out of the car. He throws him into the house. 
James gets up. 
Adam comes into the room. 
Adam: Hello James I've been expecting you. 
James: Hello Father. 
Adam: Do you know why your here? 
James: no I don't know why i'm here. 
Ford looks angry. 
Adam sees the angry look on Ford's face. 
Ford: Im very angry with him father Kill him. 
James: No please don't kill me. 
Adam: why are you angry at your brother Ford? 
Ford: He married Claire and that was a very bad move for him to make. 
James: We both thought you were dead. 
Ford: I set that up I planned my own death I wanted to see how it would affect you. I was waiting for you to make a move on Claire. 
James: How could you do this.

At Cara's house 
mark knocks on the door. 
Cara opens the door. 
mark: hey sis. 
Cara: hello Mark I have a job for you to do. 
Mark: whatever you have to say I'm not doing it. 
Cara: what is going on with you? 
Mark: Cara I don't want to hurt anymore people I'm done with being bad. It's over so just accept that. 
Cara: you are going to do what I tell you or I'll kill you. 
Mark: then kill me I'm not listening to you anymore. 
Cara pulls out a loaded gun she points it at Mark. 
Cara: Ok you choose to die  Fine by me. 
Mark: what was your plan? 
Cara: kidnap Claire and kill her. 
Mark: No I'm not doing it She's my friend Shoot me I'm willing to die  for protecting her. 
Cara: I can't shoot you I wouldn't shoot my own brother with a bullet I love my brother. 
Mark: I love you too sis. 
Cara and mark hug. 
Mark doesn't know that she puts the gun to his stomach. 
A bullet explodes through his stomach. 
Mark falls to the floor. 
Cara: I tricked you. 
Kendall: hello Mark. 
Mark: if you touch Claire I will come after you Claire is my friend. 
Kendall: I'll kill her I'm going to kidnap her and I'll shoot her to death. 
Mark: I won't let you.

At Adam's house in Ohio 
Ford: shut up James. 
James: Claire loves me and I love her Go ahead and get angry with me. 
Ford goes up to James and he pushes him James pushes Ford back. Ford picks up a pole and he smacks James in the head with it James falls to  the floor. 
Adam: kill him son. 
Ford chokes James. 
James: Let go of me. Get off of me I'm your brother what are you doing. 
Ford picks up a knife and he stabs James through the chest with it. 
James screams in pain. 
Blood comes out of his chest the blade on the knife hits an artery. 
Blood is coming from his mouth 
James is coughing up blood. 
James chokes on his blood 
Ford stabs the blade deeper into James's chest. 
James: y o u r  K i l l i n g 
 Y o u r  O w n   B r o t h e r. 
James dies. 
Claire and Riley burst through the doors of Adam's house. 
Claire sees James's body laying on the floor. Blood is on the floor. 
Claire: Noooo. 
Claire rushes over to James and she craddles him to her. 
Riley: James Noo. 
Claire: James wake up sweetheart 
Claire is sobbing. 
Riley: James. 
Claire: Riley he doesn't have a pulse James is dead. 
Riley: Nooo. 
Riley begins to cry. 
Claire keeps crying. 
Ford comes out and he sees Claire holding James to her. 
He sees her crying. 
Claire looks up at Ford. 
Claire: what did you do to your brother? 
Ford: I stabbed him he's dead. 
Claire: No, No, No how could you. You killed your own brother You killed my husband. 
Ford: he deserved it. He shouldn't have married you. 
Claire: Oh my god you sent Liam to the wedding on the beach You sent him after us. You almost costed your brother his life Liam was going to kill him You did all of this How could you. 
Ford: i'm sorry claire. 
Claire: Don't touch me you disgust me You murdered your own brother. 
Ford: I'm glad that he's out of the way. Now I got you all alone sweetheart. 
Riley: stay away from my sister. Take your hands off of her I knew you were going to do something like this I knew that you would take James back to Ohio and torture him. 
Ford: shut up Riley or I'll kill you like I killed my own brother. 
Claire: DON'T YOU DARE KILL MY BROTHER. 
Ford pulls out a gun he points it at Riley. 
Ford: now you two are going to be my hostages. 
Claire and Riley stare at eachother and they look scared.
