At Riley's apartment.
Kelly knocks on the door 
Riley opens the door 
Kelly: Riley it's ok I surrvied the police bullets. 
Riley: Oh My God Kelly your alive. 
Kelly: I Love you Riley you mean alot to me. 
Riley: I love you too. 
Kelly: i Need to tell you something. 
Riley: What is it? are you ok? 
Kelly: Your brother James was Killed.  Riley: No What do you mean he was Killed? 
Kelly: Andrew shot him. 
Riley: Oh My God.

At Jessica's apartment 
Jessica is crying on her couch at her apartment she is thinking about James. 
She keeps crying 
Jim walks into the apartment. 
Jessica looks up at Jim. 
Jessica: Jim your alive? 
Jim: Yes i am sweetheart 
Jessica hugs Jim she keeps crying. 
Jim kisses Jessica 
Jessica: There is something that I have to tell you. 
Jim: What is it sweetheart? 
Jessica: Nick isn't really alive he's dead The one who was pretending to be your brother is really Andrew. 
Jim: I can't believe that it was andrew who shot me. 
Jessica: You brother nick would never hurt you. 
Jim: Your right he wouldn't he cared about me. 
Jessica: I knew there was something wrong with the fake nicholas. 
Jim: He looked nothing like my brother. 
Jessica: I know. 
Jim: Jessica are you ok? 
Jessica is crying. 
Jim: Honey what's wrong? 
Jessica: James Ford is dead. 
Jim: Oh No who shot him? 
Jessica: Andrew did 
Jim: I'm going to kill andrew for what he's done. 
Jessica: No Jim you have to stay away from andrew. if you don't you'll be shot and Killed like James was. 
Jim: Jessica nothing will happen to me I promise you. 
Jessica: Jim I love you and I don't want to see you dead. 
Jim: Jess it's ok i promise you that i won't get hurt.

 At Ford's hospital room 
Claire walks into the room. 
Ford smiles at Claire 
Claire sits down on the bed and she holds Ford's hand. 
Claire: Ford there is something that I have to tell you. 
Ford: What is it honey is everything ok? 
Claire: Ford your brother James was shot and Killed He's dead I'm so sorry. 
Ford: No my brother can't be dead He Just can't be. Who did this 
Claire who Killed my brother? 
Claire: I don't know sweetheart I will find out who did this and i  will go after the person who Killed James. 
Ford: Claire I love you i want you to be careful when you go after 
James's Murderer. 
Claire: I'll be Just fine Ford you don't have to worry about me. 
 Ford Kisses claire on the Lips.

 At David's apartment 
Samantha: good morning sweetheart. 
David: good morning Samantha. 
Samantha: David I couldn't sleep good last night I was having nightmares. 
David: aw what were they about? 
Samantha: they were about when I was locked up in Trey's basement. 
 David: honey you never have to go through that ever again.
 Samantha: I know I don't thanks to you.

Kelly: Riley I'm sorry that your brother James was killed. 
Riley: thanks Kelly Who told you this? 
Kelly: Claire. She texted me and told me and also she said that she's going to go face your attacker. 
Riley: she can't go there alone she will get hurt. 
Kelly: I tried telling her that it's dangerous. But did she listen No she didn't. 
Riley: Kelly I'll be right back I promise. I have to go find my attacker I need up come face to face with him or her. 
Kelly: ok sweetheart. 
Riley kisses Kelly on the lips they keep kissing.

Claire: honey I'm going somewhere I want you to get some rest.

She leaves his hospital room.

James's phone rings. 
James: hello? 
Cara: hello James. 
James: cara is that you I thought you were dead? 
Cara: I've been hiding out. I'm the one who is behind the attack on your brother Riley. 
James: how could you do that to your own husband? 
Cara: I'm not who you think I am. 
James: then who are you? 
Cara: I'm related to mark. 
James: your related to that b*****d? 
Cara: yes I am He's my brother. I want 
to kill my own husband Riley will die. 
James: I won't let you hurt my brother. 
Cara: then I'll have to kill you and him. 
James: what has happend to you? You used to be so nice and now your being mean. 
Cara: I like being this way Riley will be shot right infront of  Claire. 
James: you can't shoot him. He's your husband I thought you loved him. 
Cara: Not anymore I hate him and I want Him shot to death. 
James: I'm not letting you kill him. 
 Cara hangs up the phone on James.

At Jessica's apartment 
Jessica: James was my best friend and now He's gone forever His death is all my fault. 
Jim: No lt wasn't your fault you didn't shoot him 
Andrew did You can't blame yourself honey you Didn't do this to James 
Jessica: when he was shot he collapsed into my  Arms He wasn't moving He was half Alive. 
Jim: I'm so sorry honey. 
Jessica keeps crying. 
Jessica feels a pain in her chest. 
Jim: honey are you ok? 
Jessica: ow my chest it hurts I'm in pain. 
Jim: honey let me check you. 
Jessica's water breaks. 
Jessica: Oww Jim my baby wants to be born. 
Jim help me. 
Jim: breathe Jessica come on you can do it. 
Jessica is pushing and breathing. 
Jim: Come on push sweetheart come on 
I know you can do this. 
Jessica pushes. The baby is out. 
Jessica is holding the baby in her arms. 
Jim: aw he's so cute. 
Jessica: I know what I'm going to name him. 
Jim: what are you going to name him? 
Jessica: Jason Hale You and me are going To get married Jim I love you. 
Jim: I want to marry you. 
Jessica kisses Jim on the lips. 
Jessica: let's take our new son to the hospital To see If everything is ok with him. 
Jim and Jessica leave her apartment and they go to the hospital to have their new son checked out.

Claire walks into the barn. 
Claire sees mark standing in the barn. 
Claire: Mark what did you do to Riley? 
Mark: I sent someone after him I had him beaten. 
Claire: How could you do that to him? 
Mark: I don't care what i did to him.  Claire: Why are you here Mark? 
Mark: I came back to torture you and Ford and Riley and Kelly and of  course James. 
Claire: James is dead you son of a b***h. 
Mark: Good I'm glad that He's dead. 
Claire smacks Mark across the face. 
Mark: You b***h. 
Mark grabs claire by the Arm and He throws her to the floor. 
Riley: Claire are you in here? 
Mark points a gun at Riley. 
Claire looks up at Riley and Mark. 
Claire: Riley what are you doing here? 
Riley: I Came here to look for my attacker i wanted to meet them face to face. 
Mark: Hello Riley. 
Riley: Mark what the hell are you doing here? 
Claire: Riley he attacked you. 
Riley: You attacked me you son of a b***h. 
 Riley throws Mark up against the wall. 
Mark pulls out a gun he puts it to Riley's chest 
He shoots a bullet into Riley's chest. 
GUNSHOT. 
claire hears the gunshot. 
Riley collaspes to the ground. 
Claire: Riley No. You shot him 
Riley: Claire you need to leave right now it's not safe here. 
Claire: Riley i'm not leaving you here I love you. 
Riley: what did you say? 
Claire: I love you. 
Riley: I love you too. 
Claire kisses Riley's cheek. 
Claire gets the bullet out of Riley's chest She stitches his wound up. 
Claire: your ok now Riley I saved you 
Riley gets back up. 
Riley: why did you attack me Mark? 
Mark: I had some help from someone. 
Riley: who helped you? 
Mark: your wife Cara She's my sister. 
Riley: Natalie would never do that to me She loves me 
Mark: not anymore she hates you. 
Riley: you made her hate me didn't you? 
Mark: yes I did. 
Jake arrives at the barn he has his gun pointed. 
Jake: put your hands up Mark. 
Claire: Jake how did you know where we were? 
Jake: Ford called Me he was worried about you because you didn't come back to the hospital. 
Claire: I'm Fine Jake thanks for caring about me. 
Jake: I am your cousin. 
Claire: You are? 
Jake: Yeah since Ian was your brother.
i'm related to you and Ian. 
Mark: I'm going to Kill you Jake. 
Claire: No Please leave my cousin alone. 
Mark shoots a bullet at Jake's stomach. 
Claire screams when she hears the gunshot hit Jake 
Jake fires a Police bullet at Mark's chest The bullet makes contact with Mark's chest. 
Riley: Claire what's going on? 
Claire: My cousin and Mark are shooting eachother. 
Mark shoots bullets at Jake 
Claire is screaming and crying as Jake is shot in the chest with bullets. 
Jake shoots hails of bullets at Mark's chest The hails of bullets  make contact with Mark's chest. 
Claire: Riley i can't watch this what if Mark's bullets Kill my cousin. 
Riley: Look over there Claire. Jake winning. 
Mark fires bullets at Jake's chest. the bullets explode through Jake's chest. 
Jake keeps shooting police bullets at Mark's chest. 
Kristen: Nooooo Mark Stop it Jake your shooting my boyfriend. 
Jake keeps shooting bullets at Mark's chest. 
Mark shoots hails of bullets at Jake's chest. 
Jake fires away at Mark's chest with police bullets. 
Mark falls to the ground. 
Kristen: Noooooo.

At David's apartment 
David: are you feeling alright samantha? 
Samantha: I feel like I'm going to throw up.  I'll be right back honey I'm going to go into the bathroom. 
Samantha gets out of the bed and she goes into the bathroom and she pees on a pregnacy test. 
She reads the test. The stick says it's positive. 
Samantha smiles. 
She leaves the bathroom. 
David: hey are you ok? 
Samantha: honey I'm pregnant. 
David: your what? 
Samantha: I'm pregnant with your baby. 
David: aww honey I'm so happy. 
Samantha and David kiss they keep kissing.

 At James's apartment 
James calls Riley. 
James: Riley it's James I'm alive I need to tell you something. 
Riley: what is it brother? 
James: your wife Cara attacked you.  Riley: I know. She hates me she doesn't love me anymore and get this She's mark's sister. 
James: I'm so sorry Riley. 
Riley: bro It's not your fault. 
James: where are you? 
Riley: I'm at the barn I need your help right now. 
James: I'll be there what's happening? 
Riley: me and claire are being held hostage. 
James: I'll save you both. 
Riley: ok bro I love you. 
James: I love you too brother. 
Riley hangs up the phone.

Back at the barn 
Kristen rushes over to Mark 
she craddles Mark in her arms. 
Mark Goodbye Kristen. Jake wins his gun and bullets were stronger then mine 
Kristen: I Love you Mark Please don't die. 
Mark bleeds out of his chest from the bullet holes. He starts shaking on brittany's arms. 
Mark coughs up Blood. 
Kristen: No Please Mark. 
Mark keeps coughing up blood. 
Kristen calls a ambulance for Mark. 
Kristen: I need a ambulance right now My boyfriend Mark was shot he's bleeding and coughing up blood. 
Claire: Jake your bleeding. 
Jake: Claire i'll be fine don't worry about me. 
Claire: Jake i have to worry about you. your my cousin 
Mark dies in kristen's arms from the police bullets that Jake shot at his chest. 
Kristen: No Mark Wake up. 
Mark doesn't answer brittany. he is gone. 
Kristen picks Mark's gun up. He aims it at Riley and Claire. 
Kristen: Say goodbye Riley and Claire. 
Riley stands infront of Claire. 
Jake sees Kristen pointing the gun at claire and Riley. 
Jake fires bullets at Kristen's chest. the bullets make contact with 
 her chest. 
 Kristen: Nooooooooo 
Jake fires more bullets at Kristen's chest. 
gunshots gunshots gunshots gunshots gunshots. bullets rip through kristen's chest. 
Kristen fires bullets at Jake's chest. 
Jake shoots police bullets at Kristen's chest. 
Kristen: Nooooooooo.  
Jake fires away at Kristen's chest with hails of police bullets. 
Gunshots go through her chest dramatically. 
Kristen fires a last bullet. Jake shoots bullets at Kristen's chest. Kristen's body hits the floor as the gunshots go through her. 
Kristen dies. 
Claire: Jake are you ok? 
Jake collapses into Claire's arms. 
Claire: Jake wake up. 
Riley: the bullets got him. 
Jake doesn't wake up. Jake is dead in claire's arms

At the hospital 
Jessica: I just had my baby. 
Doctor: let me take a look at him. 
Jessica: ok. 
The doctor looks at Jessica's new baby. 
Doctor: he's very healthy. What's his name? 
Jessica: his name is Jason Ian hale.  
Doctor: I like that name. 
Jessica: thank you so much doctor. 
 Doctor: where did you get the name Jason from? 
Jessica: I had a friend his name was Jason He was shot and  killed last night he died in my arms I thought I would give my baby his name so I could remember him. 
Doctor: aw I'm sorry that your friend died. 
Jessica: thank you. 
Doctor: your welcome. One more question why is his middle name Ian? 
 Jessica: Ian was my boyfriend's name. He was shot to death on June 22nd 2010 He died in my arms. This Mark Clarke guy did it. 
Doctor: aww I'm sorry that your boyfriend died. 
Jessica: I miss him so much I loved him But now I'm with someone His  name is Jim hale 
Doctor: I'm glad that you found someone. 
 Jessica: thank you. I have to go now it was nice talking to you. 
Jessica and Jim leave the hospital with their new son James.

In Ford's hospital room 
David comes Into the room. 
Ford looks up at his son. 
David: hey dad. 
Ford: hey son what's going on? 
David: I found cara's daughter samantha last night We fell in love.  Samantha and me are engaged She's pregnant dad. 
Ford: aww son I'm so happy for you. 
David: Thanks dad I love you. 
Ford: I love you too son. 
David: where's mom? 
Ford: she went to find out who attacked my brother Riley. 
David: I hope she's being careful. 
Ford: Me too. 
David: I'm worried about mom. 
Ford: me too. 
David: dad I have to go find Samantha I'm taking her to dinner. 
Ford: ok son I'll see you later have fun. 
David: thanks dad. 
David leaves Ford's hospital room.

At cara's house 
Cara: hey honey. 
Samantha: hello mom I have to tell you something. 
Cara: what is it honey? 
Samantha: Mom I'm pregnant I Met someone it was Ford's son David I'm  in love with David 
Cara: I never want you to see that boy ever again. 
Samantha: No mom you Cant tell me what to do.  i love him I want to be with him. 
Cara grabs samanha by the arm.  Samantha is crying. 
Samantha: let go of me mom please. 
Cara: i'm going to kill your unborn baby I don't want that loser David to be a father. 
 Samantha: mom no please you can't kill my unborn baby I want this  baby. I want to be a mother. 
Samantha runs upstairs. Cara chases Samantha up the stairs Cara goes into Samantha's room 
Cara grabs Samantha and she picks samantha up Cara pushes her own daughter down the stairs. 
Samantha is Hurt she is having a miscarriage. 
Samantha: No my baby help me. 
Cara: Samantha I'm sorry. 
Samantha: Get away from me mom I hate you. You pushed me down the stairs. 
David arrives at cara's house. 
David sees Samantha laying on the floor. Blood is coming out of her stomach. 
David: No sweetheart what happend? 
Samantha: my mother she pushed me down the stairs I had a miscarriage 
David Our unborn baby is dead.

At Jessica's apartment 
Jim: how's our son? 
Jessica: he's very healthy. 
Jim: I'm glad he is. 
Jessica holds her new son in her arms. 
Jim: he's so cute he looks just like you and me. 
Jessica: I love our new son. 
Jim: me too. 
Jessica : do you want to get married tomorrow? 
Jim: yes I do. 
Jessica and Jim kiss.

Aidan comes out. 
He points his gun at James. 
Riley and Claire are hiding they are listening to aidan and James. 
Aidan: did you get the money? 
James: Not as planned. 
Aidan: where is that money i'm going to kill you if you don't tell me. 
Claire gasps. 
Riley puts his hand over Claire's mouth. 
Riley: shh. 
Aidan: what was that? 
James: nothing it was me. 
Aidan: ok well Give me the money Now. 
James: I don't have it. 
Aidan: what do you mean you don't have the money. 
James: I Lost it. 
Aidan: what? You lost the money that's it your going to be dead 
Claire: oh no Aidan is going to kill James. 
Riley: I won't let that happen. 
Riley finds a shovel. 
He goes up behind Aidan and he smacks aidan in the head Aidan's gun goes off. 
Claire screams. 
Claire finds a gun she points it she's freaking out she's shaking she  shoots a bullet at Aidan's head. 
Aidan falls to the ground. 
Riley is standing on the side he feels a pain go through his chest He puts his hand on his chest he has blood on his hand Claire is looking at Riley she is getting worried She sees blood on his chest 
Riley is shocked He collaspes to the ground of the barn. 
Claire: Noooooo. 
Claire puts her hands over her mouth. 
Riley's body hits the ground. 
Claire rushes over to Riley. 
Claire: No Riley. 
Riley: Claire. 
Claire: Somebody help he's been hit James your brother Riley has been hit. the bullet hit him. 
Riley: Claire I love you I got shot for you. 
Claire: Riley shh I love you too. 
Riley: I'm dying aren't I? 
James: brother Noo. 
Riley: James. 
Claire: James call a ambulance he needs to go to the hospital. 
Riley: Claire don't cry please don't cry. 
Claire begins to cry she holds Riley to her. 
James gets a blanket and he holds it on Riley's bullet wound in his chest James is stopping the bleeding from the wound. 
Claire: Riley your going to be ok. 
Riley; Claire I'm sorry. 
Claire: shh Riley what are you sorry for? 
Riley: I'm sorry that I got shot. 
Claire: Dont be sorry Riley it's not your fault. It's my fault the gun  shot you by accident when I fired at Aidan He almost killed James and then you. 
Riley: i know you didn't mean to shoot me. You were only trying to protect me. I love you Claire I always have loved you. 
James: I need a ambulance right now my brother Riley Ford was shot 
he's bleeding badly. We are at the red barn send someone quick his 
wound is bad.
