Episode info: Kelly finds Riley beaten to death at his apartment. Riley is beaten by somebody. Claire and Ford go for a romantic swim. Jim dies from the gunfight with Nick. James Gets shot and dies

Trey: I will kill your father with a gun.

David slams Trey to the floor.

David is laying on the floor unconcious.

Claire: David and Riley have been taken hostage by Trey.

Ford: I'm going to bring a gun with me so were protected from Trey.  
Claire: good idea. Ford there is something that I have to tell you.  
Ford: Claire what is it?  
Claire: I made a trade with Trey. He wants a suitcase full of money. When I give him the money he is going to take me hostage.  
Ford: I have a plan You are taken hostage by Trey. You call Me and you  start crying. I ask you what's wrong and you tell me that your a hostage I come and I rescue you.  
Claire: Ford that's a bad idea You might get shot.  
Ford: don't worry about me i'll be fine.  
Claire: I love you Ford I remember you I remember everything.

Ford kisses Claire on the lips.

Trey yanks the phone out of David's hand.

Trey: if you ever want to see him ever again you will bring his father Ford to me and you will let me shoot his father to death.  
Samantha: I can't let you do that Ford is his father and David loves him.  
Trey c***s the gun.  
Trey: then your boyfriend gets a bullet shot right through his head.  
Samantha hangs up on Trey.  
She leaves her apartment and she goes over to see David's father Ford.

Trey fires bullets at Riley's chest The bullets hit Riley in the chest. Hails of gunshots go through his chest Riley collaspes to the  ground. He is bleeding from his chest.

Nick is upstairs with the pistol in his hand. He comes back downstairs with it in his pocket. He sees Jim and Jessica kissing and having sex on the couch.

Nick takes out the pistol and he aims it at his brother. Jessica  Looks up she sees the pistol pointed at Jim.  
Jessica: No don't shoot your brother.  
Nick: stay away from my girlfriend or your dead brother.  
Jim takes out a gun he points it at Nick  
Jessica: please don't shoot eachother.  
Jim: Jessica leave the room I don't want you to see me get shot full  of bullets.

Nick fires a bullet.

The bullet that Nick fired hits Jim in the stomach The bullet that Jim fired hits Nick in the stomach. Two gunshots go through the brother's stomach's.  
Nick fires a second bullet at Jim's stomach the bullet goes into  his stomach. Jim shoots a bullet at nick's stomach the bullet goes  into Nick's stomach. Two gunshots fly through their stomach's.  
Jessica is screaming and crying.

At Jessica's apartment.
Nick and Jim Keep shooting bullets at eachother.
Jessica: No Please stop it you two.
Nick shoots bullets at Jim.
Jim shoots bullets at Nick
Jim collaspes to the floor of Jessica's apartment.
Jessica: Nooo.
She rushes over to Jim She Holds him in her arms.
Jessica: You Shot your own brother. Jim can you hear me?
Jim: Jessica I Love you.
Jessica: Hold on Jim I'm calling 911.
Jim: Help Me.
Jessica sees blood gushing from Jim's stomach.
Nick: Die Brother I hate you.
Jessica: How could you do this.
Nick: I hate you Jim you lying piece of s**t.
Jessica: Nick get out of here leave my apartment now.
Nick points the gun down at Jim's Heart.
Jessica: No Please you've shot him enough.

Riley is laying in his bed He is Asleep someone comes into his room  They Pick up a Umbrella and they smack him in the Head as he is  sleeping They Keep smacking him. Blood is coming out of his head,

the person leaves Riley's bedroom.
Kelly comes into Riley's bedroom.
She pulls back the covers on Riley.

Kelly calls a ambulance for Riley.

Kelly knocks out the cop She takes his gun. She runs into the ambulance with Riley and she holds his hand.

Riley wakes up.
Kelly: hi Riley are you ok?
Riley: yeah I'm ok. What are you doing here Kelly?
Kelly: I found you laying in your bedroom in your apartment and you
were beaten up. A cop thought I tried to kill you.
Riley: you didn't do this to me. Someone else did.
Kelly: I took a cop's gun.
Riley: you might need it to protect yourself with.
Kelly kisses Riley on the lips.

Ford is walking by the pool side
A Sniper is behind him.
The sniper shoots a bullet at the back of Ford's Head.

The sniper fires a 2nd bullet at the back of Ford's head

Ford falls into the Pool.
Ford is drowning in the water and blood is coming out of the 2 bullet holes in the back of his head.
Ford is unconcious in the pool.

Jim is rushed into the emergancy room for his gunshot wounds to his chest and his heart. He is rushed into surgry.
Jessica is crying in the waiting room. James comes up to her Jessica looks up at James.

James: What's his brother's name?
Jessica: Jim hale he's in surgry right now and i don't know if he's going to make it he's lost alot of blood.
Jessica begins to cry.

Nick arrives at the hospital with a gun.

James collapes into Jessica's arms from being shot. James is bleeding out of his chest.

Riley begins to cry.

Cop: who?
Claire: I have a very good idea who it might be.
Cop: who is it?
Claire: it's mark He's back I have a feeling that he is I don't know  where he is though.
Cop: I'll put a Apb out on him. I'll also put out a shoot to kill order.
Claire: let me go after him. It's time that me and him were face to face.
