Tempted episode 5

Episode info: Claire goes to the prom with Mark. Claire and Ford and mark sing alot to say. James finds out that Scott was shot by Kevin. Ford is found beaten in his bed.

Tempted episode 5
At Gina's house
James is sitting on the couch His cellphone rings.
James: hello?
Nate: It's me Nate. Kevin williamson shot me last night he thinks  that I was you.
James: are you alright Nate?
Nate: yeah I'm fine A girl named Tina saved my life. She's my girlfriend now.
James: I'm glad that your ok.
Nate: me too. Where are you?
James: I'm in New Jersey. I'm not at that hotel anymore I'm at my sister Gina's house. A guy showed up at my hotel room he was going to kill me I ran out the back door of the hotel. My sister Gina told me  to run.
Nate: I'm glad that you ran.
James: yeah me too I was scared that I was going to get shot.
Nate: I saved your life that idiot Kevin williamson really thought that I was you It's probally because you and me look alike.
James: yeah we do I need to tell you something.
Nate: what?
James: your my long lost cousin.
Nate: so that's why we look alike i'm your cousin.

At cara's house
Ford knocks on the door.
Cara opens the door.
Ford: Cara I need your help.
Cara: what is it Ford are you ok?
Ford: my brother James is in trouble.  Cara: what did he do?
Ford: he stole money from our father because our father beat James. Now someone is after James and if he doesn't give the money back to the guy who my father sent after him James will be shot.
Cara: I'll help you get James out of trouble. Where is he now?
Ford: he's in New Jersey I think.
Cara: who's the person after him?
Ford: Kevin williamson.
Cara: Oh my god I know who he is.
Ford: I told Scott about this he's helping me.
Cara: Good you need all the help you can get I'm going to be right  by your side. I'm going to help you protect your brother.
Ford: thank you. I need to tell you that this is very dangerous
Cara: what will happen to him?
Ford: me or james will be shot and killed.

At the cafe
Claire walks into the cafe and mark spots her and he goes up to her
Claire turns her back to him
Mark: Claire I want to talk to you.
Claire turns around to look at him.
Claire: why do you want to talk to me Are you going to beat me again?
Mark: Claire I'm sorry I didn't mean to hit you I don't know what was going on with me.
Claire: why are you saying sorry to me? Don't you hate me
Mark: I would never hate you. I care about you I made a mistake of  hurting you I will never do it again. Will you come back to our apartment and live with me? I don't like you living with Ford.
Claire: I'm not coming back to the apartment with you. I'm going to  live with Ford he's my friend and he needs someone to be there for him because of this whole thing with his brother James being in trouble. I need to make sure that Ford doesn't get hurt.
Mark: I hope he does get shot to death I can't stand him being around  you He looks like he's in love with you.

At Jessica and ian's apartment next to Mark's
Jessica: Tonight is the prom I can't wait.
Ian: I know you can't. It's going to be alot of fun.
Jessica: it won't be alot of fun without mark and Claire being together.
Ian: are you ever going to tell mark?
Jessica: maybe. I don't want Claire to get mad at me if I tell Mark  that Claire has been cheating on him with Ford.
Ian: I don't want to see a fight at the prom with Claire and Mark.
Jessica: Mark beat Claire last night.
Ian: I can't believe that he would do that to her I thought he cared about her.
Jessica: he does care about her but she doesn't care about him. She cares about Ford and he's not that bad to look at He's a handsome guy.  But I'm in love with you and you know that I would never do what  Claire is doing to Mark.
Ian: I know Jess I trust you and I love you so much.
Jessica: do you ever see us married someday?
Ian: yeah I do.
Jessica: aw me too.
Ian and Jessica kiss they keep kissing.

At Gina's house
James: Nate I want you to come to my sister Gina's house Bring Tina if  you Want to. I want you to be somewhere Safe what if Kevin williamson finds you again and kills you for real What if he kills Tina too.
Nate: I'm going to ask Tina if she wants to come with me. I want to be safe and I want her to be safe too.
Tina: Nate who are you talking to?
Nate: my cousin James Ford.
Tina: your cousins?
Nate: yes that's why we look alike.
Tina: wow I didn't know that you two were cousins.
Nate: yeah James just told me. Also his brother Ford is my cousin too.
Tina: wow.
Nate: Tina I need to ask you something.
Tina: what is it?
Nate: would you come with me to New Jersey?
Tina: why are we going to New Jersey?
Nate: James wants me to come so that me and you will be safe.
Tina: sure I'll go with you.
Nate: I'm still talking to James I'll tell him that were coming to New  Jersey so were safe.

Back at the cafe
Claire is getting upset with Mark.
Claire: no he's not in love with me. He is just a good friend of mine  and I want to protect him and his brother.
Mark: will you go to the prom with me?
Claire: sure why not.
Mark: are we still together?
Claire: yeah we are I still care about you.
Mark kisses Claire on the lips.
Mark: I'm really sorry that I hit you in the face last night that wasn't right.
Claire: I forgive you Mark. I'm going back to Ford's apartment to get some rest Goodbye.
Claire leaves the cafe and she gets into her car and she drives to Ford's apartment.
She parks her car in the parking lot.  She gets out and she goes into his apartment. She lays down on his couch and she falls asleep Claire is having a bad dream about Ford getting shot by mark.
Claire in the dream: No don't shoot him Mark Leave Ford alone.
Gunshots
Claire screaming.
Ford collapses to the floor shot and bleeding and shaking in the dream
Claire cries in the dream. Ford walks into his apartment and he sees  Claire laying on the couch screaming and crying Ford goes over to her  and he shakes her gently.
Ford: Claire wake up it's ok.
Claire wakes up and she looks at Ford.
She touches his face with her hands. Claire: your ok your real your not dead.
Ford: Claire shh you were just dreaming.
Claire: it was a horrible dream.
Ford: you can tell me what happend.
Claire: Mark gunned you down in the dream you died in my arms Ford.
Ford: I'm right here Claire I'm not dead it was just a dream.
Claire: I'm sorry that I had that bad dream about you.
Ford: I had a bad one about you last night.
Claire: what happend in it?
Ford: Mark and Kevin williamson took you hostage and they both shot  you to death you died in my arms Then they killed me and my brother.
Claire: you had a dream that I died?
Ford: yes. You had the same one about me but yours was diffrent then mine I heard the gunshots explode through your chest.
Claire: I'm sorry that you had a bad dream. Is that why you had your  arms wrapped around me so tightly.
Ford: yes I did that because I thought you were getting killed.
Claire: I'm sorry sweetheart.
Ford: you don't have to apologize.
Claire kisses Ford they keep kissing.
Claire: I'm going to the prom Ford stay here and wait for me to come  home.
Ford: I will don't worry.
Claire leaves Ford's apartment to go to the prom.

At the prom
Mark: Claire you look beautiful.
Claire: thank you mark you look nice. Mark: thanks Claire.
Claire: let's dance mark.
Mark and Claire are dancing.
Mark tries to kiss Claire as they are dancing.
Claire: Mark I don't feel like it.
Mark kisses Claire on the lips they keep kissing.
Jessica and Ian are watching as mark is kissing claire.
Jessica: it's time that he knew.
Ian: maybe your right.
Jessica: I am right.
Claire walks over to Jessica and Ian.
Claire: what are you right about Jessica?
Jessica: your dress looks so pretty Claire.
Claire: thanks Jessica
Jessica: your welcome Claire.
Claire: I'm going to get something I left my lipstick at Ford's apartment. I'm going to go get it. If mark is looking for me just tell  him that I felt sick and I left.
Jessica: ok I will.
Claire leaves the prom she gets into her car and she drives to Ford's apartment.

At Cara's house
Kevin williamson shows up at Cara's house.
Cara: who are you?
Kevin: I'm Kevin williamson.
Cara: get out of my house.
Scott: Cara what's going on?
Kevin points a gun at Cara.
Scott: don't shoot my girlfriend Shoot me instead.
Cara: no please don't shoot him Leave him alone.
Kevin shoots scott in the chest with bullets. Gunshots
Cara: Nooo.
Scott: falls to the floor in slow motion.
Kevin leaves scott's house.
Cara rushes over to Scott.
Scott: Cara I love you.
Cara: I love you too Scott Please don't die I want to marry you I have to tell you something.
Scott: what is it?
Cara: I'm pregnant with your child.
Scott: you are?
Cara: yes I am. You need to stay alive I'm calling a ambulance for  you.
Scott: I'll stay with you I won't leave you.
Cara: I need a ambulance my fiancé Scott was shot I need you to send someone right now.
Operater: were sending someone.
Cara: thank you.
Cara hangs up the phone.

At Ford's apartment
Claire comes into the apartment and Ford is waiting for her.
Claire: hey Sexy.
Ford and Claire are kissing they keep kissing.
Claire: I left the prom to be with you.
Ford: i'm glad your here.
Claire: me too I couldn't stand one second being with mark. He says he is sorry for beating me last night.
Ford: I don't believe him at all. He will be angry once he finds out about me and you. What if someone tells him about us.
Claire: then I'll just keep lying to him.
Ford: good plan.
Ford and Claire keep kissing.
Ford and Claire have sex on the kitchen counter.

Mark is looking for Claire He is holding his video camera he finds Jessica and Ian talking in the corner.
Jessica: I can't keep lying for Claire. It's time that Mark knows the truth Claire is cheating on him with Ford.
Ian: Mark is going to be so upset when he finds out about Ford and Claire being together behind his back.
Jessica: I feel so bad for mark. I'm getting sick of Claire telling me about Ford. Claire's just a w***e. Mark doesn't know that he got that on tape. He goes back to the gym  and he watches the tape on his video camera. He sees the part where Jessica and Ian are talking about Claire cheating with Ford behind his back.
mark is crying.

Back at Ford's apartment
Claire: I have to tell Mark the truth before he finds us together.
Ford: if you do that he's going to hurt me.
Claire: I won't let him Hurt you I promise I'll protect you.
Claire stands by the kitchen counter of Ford's apartment. Ford turns  around and he starts singing the song called a lot to say.
Ford: I've got a lot to say and no shoulder to lean on no one for my soul to  bleed on and with the road in sight I feel the earth moving too much  here that i'm losing.
Back at the gym
Mark: And I'm not someone to cry for I'm not someone to try and lift your
head as you walk by.
Back at Ford's apartment
Claire: I'm not afraid of the distance
Claire and Ford: I'm not afraid of resisting when everyone wants me to.
Ford: And please don't complicate my story claire: because I've been trying hard not  to worry.
Ford: And i've had alterations
Claire: Yeah all my plans have had variations
Claire and Ford: And I'm not someone to Cry for I'm not someone to try and lift your  head as you walk by.
Ford: I'm not afraid of the distant

Ford and Claire kiss after the song is over.

Tina and Nate knock on the door.
Gina opens the door.
Tina: hi Gina it's so nice to meet you.
Gina shakes Tina's hand.
James: hey Nate and Tina.
Nate hugs James.
James: how are you two?
Tina: were good. I think Nate wants to marry me.
Nate: I do. I really am falling in love with you.
Tina and Nate kiss they keep kissing.

At Ford's apartment
Mark is outside Ford's door.
Mark comes into Ford's apartment and he finds Claire and Ford kissing.
Mark: you lied to me.
Claire: Mark this isn't what it looks like.
Mark: whatever I trusted you Claire I thought you loved me.
Claire: I did love you but my feelings changed for you. I fell in love  with Ford I was with him alot I went to him behind your back I had sex with him.
Ford: get lost mark she doesn't want to be with you.
Mark: shut up.
Claire: Mark please leave it's over I don't want you anymore I choose  Ford.
Mark punches Ford in the face.
Claire: Mark stop it.
Mark keeps punching Ford in the face Blood is coming from his mouth.
Claire: stop it your hurting him.
Mark leaves Ford's apartment.
Claire: Ford are you ok?
Ford: I'm not.
Claire gets A Ice pack for Ford. She holds it on Ford's cheek.
Claire: I'm sorry.
Ford: it's not your fault Claire It's mine.
Claire: no it's not your fault it's mine i was the one who was with  you all the time behind Mark's back. I don't know how he found out the truth about you and me.
Ford: I don't know either.
Claire: I think I might know who did this. I think I know who told Mark about you and me.
Ford: who?
Claire: Jessica did. I'm going to go talk to her ok Ford I'll be back  after.
Ford: ok.
Claire and Ford kiss they keep kissing.
Claire leaves Ford's apartment.

Back at Cara's house
Scott is still bleeding from getting shot.
Cara: Scott help is on the way.
Scott: I'm going to die aren't I?
Cara: I'm not letting you die.
The ambulance arrives at cara's house.
Emt: bullet wounds to the chest Blood loss. He will need surgry and a  blood transfusion.
The emt lays Scott on the stretcher.
Cara is crying.
The emt puts Scott in the ambulance.
Cara gets into the ambulance with him and she holds his hand and he is rushed to the hospital.

At Jessica and Ian's apartment
Claire knocks on the door.
Jessica opens the door
Claire looks at Jessica.
Claire: Jessica tell me the truth. Did you tell mark that I was cheating on him with Ford?
Jessica: I did. He was recording the prom and it slipped out when I  was talking to Ian. I'm sorry
Claire: this is all your fault. Mark is angry and he punched Ford in the face. What is wrong with you Jessica I told you not to tell mark that I was cheating on him. Now I don't know what he's going to do to  Ford.
Jessica: he's probally going to go kill Ford right now I was getting sick of covering for you.
Claire: I thought you were my friend?
Jessica: I am your friend but I was getting tired of telling Mark lies to keep Ford safe.
Claire: thanks to you Ford could be getting gunned down by Mark right
now.

at Mark's apartment
Mark is flashing back to when Ford was talking about a girl that he  had sex with.
Ford: this girl I just had sex with she is really hot I'm in love with her.
Mark: what does she look like?
Ford: she has curly Brown hair she's thin and she has green eyes.
Mark: what's her name?
Ford: I don't know it.
Mark is getting angry and he flashes back to when Ford was at the hotel room where Claire and mark first made love.
Ford: so what are you doing here mark?
Mark: where is this lovely lady of yours?
Ford: she's in the bathroom.
Mark: well I would love to meet her sometime.
Ford: yeah maybe.
Mark: well see you. Enjoy your night with your girlfriend.
Ford: thank you.
Mark leaves the hotel room.
Mark is getting angrier.
Mark: i'm going to kill that son of a b***h.
Mark leaves his apartment.

Back at Ford's apartment
Ford is sitting on his couch waiting for Claire to get back from seeing Jessica.
Ford is going to his bedroom Mark comes into the apartment He grabs a
trophy that belongs to Ford. He goes to Ford's bedroom.
Mark: hello Ford.
Ford: hello Claire are you ready to have sex?
Mark smacks Ford in the back of the head with the trophy. Mark keeps
smacking Ford in the head.
Ford collapses onto his bed Mark covers Ford with the sheet.
Ford is laying in his bed bloodied.
Mark leaves Ford's apartment

At the hospital
Cara calls James.
cara: James something happend.
James: Cara what's wrong?
Cara: Scott was shot. He's in surgry right now he needs a blood transfusion.
James: who shot him?
Cara: Kevin williamson is back in town he shot Scott.
James: oh no he's back in town what am I going to do?
Cara: I don't know what your going to do James but please hide.
James: I'm coming to the hospital to keep you company.
Cara: No I don't want you in danger. Kevin williamson is out there looking for you.
James: fine I'll stay here at my sister Gina's house I hope Scott will  be ok.
Cara: I'll call you to let you know if he's ok.
James: thank you Cara I'm sorry that Scott got shot.
Cara: it's not your fault James.
James: I know.
Cara: bye James.
James: bye Cara
Cara hangs up her phone.
James hangs up his phone.

Back at Jessica and Ian's apartment
Jessica: Claire I didn't mean for this to happen.
Claire: whatever. I'm leaving I have to get back to Ford
Jessica: I hope he isn't killed I don't want you to lose him you love him and I can see that. I hope he isn't shot to death right now.
Claire: he could be all because of you and your stupid mouth I trusted you not to say anything
Jessica: I made a mistake and I'm sorry.
Claire: there is nothing left to say to eachother I'm done with you. Your not my friend anymore I don't want to know you anymore This is all your fault. If Ford is getting gunned Down I blame you.
Claire leaves Jessica's apartment.

Back at Ford's apartment
Ford is still laying in his bed beaten and bloodied He is unconcious.
Claire comes back from Jessica and Ian's apartment and she goes to  Ford's bedroom
Claire: Ford are you ok?
Ford doesn't answer Claire.
Claire pulls back the sheet that is on him Claire sees the blood  coming from his head.
Claire covers her mouth she screams She begins to cry.

At the cafe
Mark is in the kitchen.
He is flashing back to when he beat up Ford tonight.
Ian comes into the cafe.
Mark: hey Ian.
Ian: what's wrong mark?
Mark: I found out about Claire and Ford.  I'm so angry right now.
Ian looks at Mark's hands he sees the blood on his hands.
Ian: why is there blood on your hands?
Mark: I think I killed Ford.
Ian: what have you done Mark?
Mark: I went to his apartment and I smacked him in the back of the  head with a trophy that he won.
Ian: you murdered him I'm calling the cops.
Mark: if you call them your dead Ian do you understand me.
Mark pulls a gun on Ian.
Ian: don't shoot me.
Mark: I will if you tell on me.
Ian: I won't tell.
Mark: promise me that you won't tell anyone.
Ian: I won't tell anyone I promise.
Mark: you can go now Ian.
Ian leaves the cafe.

Back at Ford's apartment
Claire is still crying.
Jessica comes running into Ford's apartment. Jessica goes to Ford's room.
Jessica: Claire oh my god what happend?
Claire: I just found him like this.
Jessica: who could do something like this to Ford?
Claire: it had to be Mark He did this.
Jessica: I'm calling a ambulance.
Claire craddles Ford in her arms she keeps crying.  Claire checks for a pulse. He has one but it's weak.
Claire: Ford don't leave me I love you.
Jessica: I need a ambulance right Now my friend Robert Ford was beaten he needs to go to the hospital he's unconcious. Claire does he have a  pulse?
Claire: he does but it's weak. Tell them to get here fast.
Jessica: he has a pulse it's really weak.
Operater: I'm sending someone.
Jessica: thank you.
Jessica hangs up the phone.
Claire: are they sending someone?
Jessica: yes they are. I'm sorry that this happend I'm sorry that I told mark.
Claire: this is your fault. This is all your fault Ford was just beaten to death and you are the one who should blame themselves for  this. Ford could die
Jessica: I'm leaving.
Claire: Good I never want to see you again our friendship is over.
Jessica walks out of Ford's apartment

At Gina's house
James: Gina I need to talk to you. Gina: bro what is it?
James: Scott was shot by Kevin williamson.
Gina: oh my god he's back in town We need to get you out of here Go to  new York City.
James packs his stuff.
Tina: James where are you going?
James: I have to Leave Kevin williamson is back and town and he could  be after me.
Tina: I wish you could stay James.  James: I know I'm sorry that I have to go.
Tina hugs James
Tina is crying.
James: shh don't cry.
Tina: what if you never come back what if your killed?
James: I won't be killed. Tell Nate that I had to leave tell him to  take care of himself and my sister Gina.
Tina: I will.
James leaves Gina's house and he drives to New York City.

At the hospital
Mark goes to the hospital and he gets his wrist wrapped in a cast.
Doctor: how did you hurt your wrist?
Mark: I slammed it into something.
Doctor: oh were you punching anyone?
Mark flashes back to when he hit Ford in the back of the head with Ford's trophy.
Mark: no I wasn't punching anyone, thanks for the help.
Mark leaves the hospital room.
Ford is rushed into the hospital.
Mark: Ford are you ok?
Ford still has his eyes shut.
Claire sees mark standing there.
Claire: You did this to him didn't you. You son of a b***h.
Mark: I did it i tried to kill your little boyfriend.
Claire: how dare you. Ford could die and you don't care.
Mark: I want him to die.
Clarie smacks mark across the face.
Mark leaves the hospital. He is in the elevator outside the elevator a cop is waiting there to arrest mark.
Cop: you are under arrest for the attempted murder of Robert Ford.
Claire watches as Mark is getting arrested.
The cop takes Mark to jail.
