There Is No Virus

There Is No Virus

A Poem by Diamond

There Is No Virus

There is no virus
More than the lies
That are put in place
And repeated time & again.

There is no virus
More than the fear
Of virus that's instilled
In the people's minds.

There is no virus
With an excuse of which
The world is brought to a freeze
And the reality is reset.

There is no virus
More than the disease
Of unquestioning belief
In the countings of deaths.

There is no virus
More than the denial
Of the roots of one's existence,
Harmonious with life & death.

There is no virus
That won't dig a 6 feet grave
Merely by maintaining
A 6 feet of personal distance.

There is no virus
The contagion of which
Is as big as the illusion created,
And maintained in the name of science.

There is no virus
The loose ends of the story of which
Are covered by weaving
More lies around the Lie.

There is no virus.
