Hate or Love

Inspired by a poem I once saw. After I read it, I was fascinated with the way it meant something completely different when you read it backwards, and I made my own. I hope you like it!

Hate

Not 

Love

People say you are wonderful

But

You are truly hated

It seems

Because

You are a hero to everyone

Is the worst lie of all

Saying that you are demonic

Is completely true

You are amazing

Isn't the truth 

Everyone knows that

You mean nothing. 

Don't believe anyone thinks

You are worth something

The world agrees that

Everyone says that you are better

Don't believe them

Because they are wrong

They want you dead

Don't think

You are better 

They hate you because

You are worthless

It isn't true when they say

You are a hero

The truth is

That you will die alone 

Never think

You will do great things

They have always said that

You are nothing

Never be convinced that

You have worth

Because it is not true

Don't believe

Your imagination says

They hate you,

It is the truth 

You are nothing

Because they say so

Unless you change your mind...
