I Just KantA Poem by Ted KniffenLightening it upI Just Kant
I think I’ve lost my mind you know, I really can’t believe it.
I set it aside for a mindless task and now I can’t retrieve it.
I had it just this morning, no, wait, perhaps last evening
I wouldn’t mind if it came back, it could really use a cleaning.
It’s small and grey, quite unused and really convoluted
I’m afraid that if it’s ever found its memory will be looted.
I think I’ve lost my mind you know, I don’t know where it went.
filled to the top with pennies for thoughts by now its cash is spent.
