Theres always something killing me
A cancer, a heart attack, a mind that bleeds
God inflicted, self inflicted, falling to my knees
Gasping for air, grasping to life, my body seems to seize

Laying in my empty room the shadows closing in
Wondering if it matters, silently confessing my sins
Apologizing quietly to the hurt I've caused my friends
Looking back at all the times I could've made amends

  But with my last breath

This is the end of my never ending battle
Not of this killer, the reapers rattle
