IntroductionA Chapter by Philosophical FootstepsIntroduction
This is the story of three friends
who all came from drug-addicted families and were forced to grow up in foster
homes because their parents were unable to take care of them. Those three
friends all escaped foster care together and changed their identities
completely after they put their differences aside transitioning from enemies to
best friends. They put their freedom at jeopardy all to fit in and feel as if
they belonged somewhere other than a foster home, living with people that
didn’t know what they been through. A murder took place and some were suspected
as playing major roles in that murder. The innocent were blamed by their
so-called friends, tables turn in the courtroom and family members melt down as
the jury reaches their final verdict and the judge begins to sentence the wrong
ones to spend the rest of their lives behind bars. Read along to see how the
streets change these boys forever and how their families learn to cope with
their loved ones on trial. This story differentiates a real friendship from a
convenient one, how some people deal with heartbreak, and artificial love gone
wrong. You need to know that not everyone cares, some are just curious. There
comes a point in life when you realize who matters, who never did, and who
never will. Think about what you’re putting your family through when you get
involved with the wrong people. Everything has a consequence whether it happens
immediately or not.
