A Bloody War

A Bloody War

A Poem by Kayla

A bloody war

Of cuts and scars

red splattered all over your clothes

With a bullet through your arm

A gun in your hand

That is shooting bullets towards your enemy

As both you and them wish for death

You see a guy in your army

Walk toward a bomb

And a spear is thrown through a guy's eye

A bullet through your friends heart

And you are the only one left standing

On your side

Tou take the gun, aim and fire

But somehow you miss

And everyone of your bullets is gone

You look at the bloody floor

You look at the dead bodies

And wonder what caused this

And you know your time is up

When a bullet comes flying at your head

And you instantly die
