The Pressure of Stress

The Pressure of Stress

A Poem by Kayla

The quietness is sucking me in

I can't bear it

The changes that have gone on

I wish it could be the way it was

Simple, happy, loud, busy, laughing

But now my life is full of

Hate, complication, quiet nights, and crying

Whether the change is for good or for worse

I want to scream

Or break down crying

From the pressure and losses

What do I do?

Back down

Or stand up?

Because backing down will feel like giving up o hope

But I know that if I stand up

I don't have the power to change my life

It;s to jurastic

So...what now?
