My Own WholeA Poem by KaylaNobody can see her But no one can see me Because in reality I am her She is me Two opposites that make up two halves Two halves that make up one whole I can feel how strong the magic is I open my eyes There she is A different whole That is still half of me Sh'es swimming through my dreams and memories Pondering, snooping, stealing them Until she is me I have no control The pain is excruciating It's strong enough to kill me Blood still flowing through my veins I still have power And I push it through her blood, bones, and flesh Until she is gone No one makes up half of who I am She is gone I am my own whole © 2011 Kayla |
