My Own Whole

My Own Whole

A Poem by Kayla

Nobody can see her

But no one can see me

Because in reality

I am her

She is me

Two opposites that make up two halves

Two halves that make up one whole

I can feel how strong the magic is

I open my eyes

There she is

A different whole

That is still half of me

Sh'es swimming through my dreams and memories

Pondering, snooping, stealing them

Until she is me

I have no control

The pain is excruciating

It's strong enough to kill me

Blood still flowing through my veins

I still have power

And I push it through her blood, bones, and flesh

Until she is gone

No one makes up half of who I am

She is gone

I am my own whole

About
I write a lot of poetry. Most of it is really serious, and negative. But I'm actually a really happy and fun person:) I write fanfiction whenever I see a movie, or read a book that doesn't explain a l.. more..
