The Final Storm.A Poem by Mistaken AngelEmotion washed over her body, as she sat watching the waves crash, against the fragile old wooden pier. A storm was threatening to unleash, much like the one brewing inside her, but they lay dormant only releasing a flood of tears. Unwanted memories haunt her mind, refusing to give her an moments solace, from all the pain she desperately tried to leave behind. Unwilling to face her devastating inner turmoil, she gracefully stood whispering her final goodbye, before diving into the sea with a welcoming smile.
