how to get over someone and why you should

First get rid of anything that reminds you of them

All those sweet memories that constantly replay in your head 

Throw them in the trash bin because it does nothing but take up space

Stop looking at all the history you guys had and delete it

You can finally start fresh and open up a new tab

The reasons you should forget them is simple

Sure they loved you and held your heart in their hands

But look at where your heart is now

Im guessing its on the floor in a million little pieces

The truth is you were happy with them and you were constantly smiling

But have you looked in the mirror lately

You look lost and hurt I can see it in your eyes

So why be upset over someone who dropped the most valuable thing

Pick up those pieces and glue it back together
