New year

New year

A Poem by Tina
"

Just some thoughts and feelings about the way our world is right now

"
A new year is born. What will it bring.
Sickness and death or New Hope and
Redemption. Our world has become a
nightmare, will we wake.
Or stay in isolations slumber. Fear and
loneliness cloud our eyes from the Sun.
Will we cease to be? Will this end or has
it just begun . DEAR Lord be with us, please
forgive us our sins.

One year departs and another begins. The last couple have been shite. Freedoms have been lost and many have lived in fear of the virus. I am more hopeful about the year ahead. I feel we may be on the cusp of change, but we aren't quite there yet. Thank goodness for science. Happy New year Tina.
