Brief encounter

Brief encounter

A Poem by Tina
"

Ever click with some one online that makes you happy, only to have them not be that great after all?

"
You walked into my life and I was awakened.
Your company brought me Glee and inspiration.
A giddy smile upon my face. A hope of what I
could have. Erase with one word, lies and suspicion.
I turned away from the joy I felt each day.
Cast you out with great sorrow. But thank you
for putting the the sun in my face. And the stories
you told. And for filling the void for a Time.

On line relationships in my opinion are high risk. However, this person filled a void for you and even though it didn't turn out as you maybe wanted, you have taken the positives. I think that's a good attitude. Give thanks for the good and learn from the bad aspects. A universal theme you have here Tina. Many will relate.

Thank you for reading
as Terry Stafford sang...."suspicion torments my heart, suspicion keeps us apart, suspicion, why torture me?"
I don't know if I regret any relationship from the past...they all taught me something...at least I hope they did.

Online is as real as in person...people mesh except where and how they don't. Many reach as only they can as in reality, each is unique.
