Elements and disaster

Elements and disaster

A Poem by Tina
"

Life is hard

"
I bend like a tree even though I may break.
I roll like the river and ride earthquakes.
Buried by Avalanches of Doubt, Fighting hard
to dig my way out. Over Troubled Waters I sail.
In blinding fog I still prevail. No matter what
elements come at me I pray to the lord on bended
knee. wind and hail. bitter snow . I Look to God
 Wherever I Go.

We all need a firm and steady hand holding ours at times. Perhaps too, truly believing that a prayer can be heard from the clamour of multitudes - as is happening now. For me. a walk, a stand and look, a feel and warmth that settles when I see the All About = comforting sights make warm memories and peace. Seems what you're meaning.. feeling and,, needing too. Thank you so very much Tina.

Yes, life can be very hard. The speaker here seems to have weathered much tribulation and now relies on a spiritual approach to life. Sometimes it is necessary to negotiate turbulent waters to find more peaceful ones.

Prayer is a powerful tool in life. There are plenty of quotes from successful people on the advantages of utilizing it on the way forward in life.

Not religious myself, but I'm sure the great test of faith is faith itself.
If it doesn't kill you it will make you stronger. I don't know who said this first, but it always did my head in on long marches.
