ANGER: A DISEASE

Steps traced through successive millenniums

The day hovered, the dark smeared in the night

Yet no one perceived the change

Frustration

Anger

Hatred

The transmits able the ailments

Impatience, its symptom

Human, its vector

Human, the infected

Roaring, yelling toughens failure

Meditation, its cure

So, Eyes closed, lie down

Relaxing your soul lures

Anger dislikes silence

Anger is indeed a disease but only if you let it overpower you. At times, it's a release for all the emotions bottled up for so long..
