Stop running away!!!

The more you ran away

More, the weaker you will get

A shadow of gloominess will begin to surround you

And you will shut the door of your life one by one, 

Slowly you will start to feel suffocate and eventually you will die

So, stop running away

And start facing it .

This poem is good, the message is very true for all of us. However the tenses are a little off.. Should it not be run instead of ran in the first line? And suffocate should be suffocated.
Maybe even 'begin to suffocate' instead of feel suffocated could work very well too.
Those are just some friendly suggestions to help a little :) I still liked it :)
