Elemental healing

I'm letting the world melt into nothing as I close my eyes and breathe in the smells of the water allowing it to cleanse my mind of all the dark thoughts that cloud my senses I let the wind playfully dance and entwine itself into my hair and clothes whisping away the harsh hands that have been laid on my shoulder, I let the fire ignite in my soul and burn away the imperfections that have taken home in my very being, I feel the earth beneath my feet grounding me to what's real and what's safe, and spirit to bind them all together as one and make me whole again.
