Walking Through

Walking Through

A Poem by DarkestSpirit15
"

I wrote this poem today

"
I walk along this broken path,
Travel through frozen time,
I close my eyes, arms out, fingertips slipping through the trees.
My heart pounds with every step, every breath, every sigh.
This journey not yet traveled alone.
With my hands enclosed within his care,
Helping me, leading me, walking me to what I know is happiness.
I walked along this broken path,
Traveled through frozen time,
Now I stop to close my eyes, look how far I've come.

Beautiful! Each journey isn't traveled alone, even if we feel no one is on our side, standing by us. Everyone's road is different, but it's up to us to control which path to take.
