Can't Breathe

My emotions are currently running through the spectrum.

I don't even know what to say or do anymore. I'm hopeless. Given up on myself and all that I could be at this point. My heart will always have a piece missing because you ripped it from my chest without even asking. I can't even being to express the way I feel. Tears stream down my cheeks making me even more helpless because I don't want to feel like this anymore. I know they say that you can control your emotions, but at this point I have no control over anything. My life is like a rubber band ball being taken apart piece by piece leaving me helpless in this world where to be "happy" you have to... I don't know what it takes to be happy anymore.
