Chapter 12: Exile

Sirius and Melina just came from four corners that same day.Sirius was completely drenched from the water as he shook his fur splashing some on Melina who tried to stay dry.''Sirius!''She scolded him.''Look what you've done to me!'' Sirius stared at her and smile,his eyes showing amusement.

''Oh so you think that's funny,huh?''Melina smirked.Sirius didn't say anything,but looked away from her. Melina kicked dirt in his face and ran off,having Sirius chase her full on.

She skidded through trees and jumped off rocks.She kicked dust up,losing Sirius only for a few seconds.She stared back,thinking she lost him,but only to face in front of her to be death stared by him.In one flash he pinned her down on the woods' floor.He touched his nose with hers.''Now we're even.''He smirked and let her up.She chuckled.''I suppose.Good play?''

''Long run.''He agreed.They both continued to walk and talk through the woods.They had nothing to do and no idea where they were going,but they kept walking no where particular.

They took a drink from a nearby pond and laid down there for some relaxation and maybe a mid-day nap.Sirius,however couldn't sleep at all.He wanted to confront Belinda about the tale he read yesterday,but somehow he knew she hid it on propose.Why would she want to hide it from her children or family for that matter? 

His eyes landed on Melina's reflection.Her eyes fluttered close for a nap.He couldn't help,but stare.She looked pretty in her sleep like a perfectly made diamond.A small smile came to his face as he stared at her motions.Her body breathing up and down.Up and Down.A steady pace for a beautiful young she-wolf.Looking at her and admiring her beauty made his eyes flutter and blink.He closed them for some sleep.

Finally.

A loud splash was heard nearby.Melina opened a drowsy eye.She thought it was Sirius with the noise,but no,here he was sleeping soundly beside her.Had he not heard that noise?She got up and stretched her body.She nudged Sirius with her snout.''Wake up,buddy,wake up!''She called to him softly.

He groaned and turned over,but not waking up.She went on the other side of him and laid down next to him.She snuggled deeper into his thick soft fur,touching noses with him.This is sure to wake him up!

Sirius stirred in his sleep as his eyes flickered opened to see Melina staring at him,embarrassed.She softly smile at the position they were in.''Hi.''She responded with a innocent grin.''Well,how did this happen?''She smile wide.Sirius smile and rubbed his nose with hers.He got up and stretched.He shook his fur and stared at Melina.''What is the problem?''

''Sorry to awaken you,but i heard something.Like a huge splash! How come you didn't hear it?''She asked him.

He shrugged.''I had a dream about water splashing.I didn't know it was in reality.''They both stared at each other for a couple seconds and went back to Four corners.

''Stop!''Sirius halted her.Melina skidded to a halt.''Come,hide.''Sirius pawed his way to a nearby bush.Melina followed him.''What is it?''She whispered.

''Arovi.''

Arovi was dragging a dead wolf's body by the neck to the pond.He set the body down to get his breath.The body was slashed with gashes of blood still squirting out from it's body.The wolf was a red she-wolf.

Melina gasped.''That's Telly!''

''How do you know?''Sirius stared at her bewildered.How do she know so many wolves in the Evermost?!

''Granny and I helped her give birth to her pups.I wonder what will happen to them?''Melina put down her head.

Unknown to Melina,Sirius stared at the Red she-wolf as she separated from her earthly pelt.She was a sparkly red with stars clinging to her fur.When she saw him,she smile because she knew he could see her.He smile back and watch her go up and disappeared in the sky.He watched her go.Her suffering ended.What about her pups?

Arovi spat out some blood.''That's what you get for letting her go,idiot she-wolf!''He picked the dead wolf's carcass back up and dumped it into the river.''So long.''He smirked.''I thought i could trust you.''

Melina and Sirius stared at each other for a few minutes trying to settle things in.What vicious wolf would do this to their own species? Wolves were proud animals,at least the males were,but killing weren't on their list.Dominating was,but not murdering another kind.

The two wolves were about to go when they were greeted by lime green eyes.Arovi came up to them.''You enjoy the show?''He growled.Melina shrunk,shivering in her fur.

''We have seen nothing.''Sirius looked away from the black-grayish wolf.Arovi grunted and turned to go away.''You can come out if you please.''He called to them.

Melina was still shivering.When she stepped out,it only seems like Arovi's eyes were on her.She could tell they were filled with lust and so could Sirius.He stepped closer to her,gaining Arovi's attention.

''What are you,two,names?''Arovi asked,giving a curt nod to the both of them.

''Sirius and Melina,sir.''Sirius answered.Melina was to scared to talk.Arovi had her pinned by his stare.She began panting from the sight.

''Why Melina aren't you a lovely girl,''He complimented.''How come i haven't seen you at the leadership meet?''He asked.

''I-i-i d-don't k-k-know.''She stuttered.

''She received the news late,sir.''Sirius said for her.

''Ahh yes,i seen you there,but no i haven't seen this lovely young dove there.''He smile at her.Sirius growled under his breath so they couldn't hear him.Not only have this wolf called Melina 'lovely' but also a 'dove'? Dove were very pretty birds that resembled love and passion for the wolves.Sirius couldn't believe it! This wolf was old enough to be her great grandfather!

''If i would had seen you then you could had taken Ayana's place as the luna of OUR leadership.You would like that wouldn't you?''He stepped closer to Melina.She shuddered away at the touch of his foul breath on her face. 

Sirius growled even louder.

''Who the-''Arovi was interrupted by a black and silver comet,pinning him down in a flash.Sirius eyes turned from apple-green to igniting orange blazing with fury.His voice as deep as his regular way of talking.''Don't you dare talk that way to my friend.You're going to find yourself in that river where you put that red she-wolf!''He threatened.

Melina stood in shock.She never seen Sirius like this before.He stood like a leader should stand and be. He was everything a leader was.She tilt her head.He also was very good-looking and attractive while at it.

''Let me go!''Arovi was choking.Sirius dug his claws deeper inside the leader's throat some blood on them.

A paining scream is what made Melina come out her daze.''Sirius!Please stop!''She called to him.He stared at her his eyes the igniting orange.''He needs to learn a lesson! He needs to stay away from what's mines!''He choked him even harder.

What's his? The thought went away.''Please let him go Sirius,''She pleaded.''For me.''She tilt her head and pulled back both her ears.

Sirius groaned loudly before retracting his claws from Arovi's throat.He got off him and his eyes rolled back into his head for a second.When he opened them he saw a black wolf with stars clinging to his fur walking away towards the sky.The good thing was his eyes were back the apple-green.For some odd reason Sirius didn't know if it was him or was he possess at that moment?

Arovi got up and wanted to attack Sirius back,but found out he was to weak in doing so.''You have cross the line young blood!''He shouted.''It would be a shame if your blood ended up on my paws,now would it?...or your friend.''He glanced over to Melina.

Sirius stepped in front of her.''You won't lay a paw on her! Not while i'm here!''Sirius growled again,his eyes getting ready to change once again,but didn't.

Arovi smirked.''Oh! How touching!''Arovi snickered.''To bad you're not going to be here,''

''What are you talking about?''

''YOUR EXILE! FROM THE EVERMOST!''Arovi barked screeched the whole woods.Birds flew out of trees and small animals scurried around.

What have i just done?
