Chapter 11:Ayana's suffering

It's been three days since the new 'leader' took over. His mate,Ayana laid at the entrance of their den. Her eyes were set on the sky not only thinking about the future,but also thinking about her family. She don't know where she went wrong to get this treatment in life. Arovi was hard to deal with especially when he's angry. He sometimes takes it all on her or someone near him. She hated seeing wolves get hurt because of this and she hated him.

She was never able to see her parents or friends anymore because of Arovi and when she sneaks off she is force to be laid by him in the most terrifying of ways. So long she wanted to see Belinda and use anything in help,but the idea slowly went away as she heard Arovi's shouting inside the den.

''Get your furry butt out of here and don't even think about coming back unless i say so!''He yelled. Ayana winced.She heard this voice so many times,it became a pain within her,that she couldn't let go.''And if you do come back,i'm going to slash your body into so many little pieces!''He threatened.

Must be a local wolf, Ayana sighed softly.''Whenever will it end?''She looked down at her stomach to see it slowly bulging. She was pregnant with Arovi's puppies. She didn't really even know if she wanted his litter.She don't even remember mating with him.

The thought came back slowly.Now i remember he hit me a couple times and i fell out.How could he do that to me?! 

''Ayana!''Her name was called.She obediently got up and went inside the den.''Yes my lord?''She asked in a submissive posture.He came up to her and licked her cheek.''How are you my lovely?''He smile at her.

Something's wrong,he never acts this way to me! She thought.''I'm fine.''She licked him back.

''And the pups?''He asked,sniffing her stomach.She winced at the comfort.''Their fine.''She closed her eyes.

''Good.''He went out the den.''I'll be back.In order for you not to get away i called Telly to come and watch you.''A red-ish she-wolf came into view from in front of him.''Telly whatever you do,don't make her leave the cave or it'll be your own death!''He snarled and left.

How can he keep me as some prisoner?Who do he think he is! She wanted to growl,but didn't. She glanced at the red wolf who sat facing away from her at the entrance.Telly didn't even glance her way back,but sat there watching the outside and guarding it.

''You can at least say something!''Ayana infuritated.

''I wasn't meant here to chit-chat.I was meant here to babysit you!''Telly turned back snarling.''If it wasn't for you i could be out and enjoying the day with my pups!''

''Did i ask you to come here?No i did not.It's not my fault you're listening to Arovi's command!''Ayana growled.

''Some of us don't want to get bruised up,''Telly snickered.''Like you!''

Ayana stopped. Telly was right she did get bruised up for trying to fight back and get to her family,but was it a smart decision? She put her head back up to see Telly faced away again.Even though her tail was beginning to sink between her legs,she quickly lift it back up and turned away to lay down.

She buried her head in her paws and softly cried in her pale brown fur.She didn't want this kind of life! She wanted to be with her family.Her mom,dad,three brothers, and a new litter her mom had.She never got to see the newborns of her mother and father.She haven't seen them since the leadership.

''And you want to know something else?''The red she-wolf called.Ayana lifted her muzzle up,but didn't say anything.Telly continued.''I know you are truly unhappy about the way he's treating you...''Telly trailed off.

''And?''Ayana pressed.She got up and went up to the red she-wolf.

''I hear your screams at night.You won't ever lose a brute like him! He can kill you and bring you back to life if he wanted to!''

''That don't bother me.''Ayana shook her head.''I have to go.''

''You're not going anywhere!''Telly blocked her path.''I was sent to watch you and don't leave!''

''I have to go pass water!''Ayana whined like a pup.She really didn't,she wanted to see her family as much as possible.

Telly stared into her with pure hate in her eyes.''I'm not dying because of your faults!''She growled lowly.

''Oh so now i'm getting in trouble for having to pass water? I didn't know it was a rule!''Ayana narrowed her eyes.She turned her back on the red she-wolf.

''Alright,''Telly rolled her eyes.''You can go pee,but if it takes you long then it should i'm coming after you and Arovi isn't the only one who will be putting paws on you!''She threatened and stepped aside for Ayana to pass through.Ayana happily went outside and ran to the side of the den.She was not coming back,at least not now,but she'll be back before Arovi gets back.

She ran through the tall trees of the woods and up the muddy paths to her home.She was going to see her family and see if they're okay.

She made it up the slope where her home was resided.Thick bushes and smelling flowers decorated the scenery in front of her.''I'm home.''She sighed fondly.

''Ayana!''She turned her head to she her big brother.A large brown wolf.''You're back!''He shouted happily.He ran to her and nuzzled her fur.''Mom and dad's going to be so happy!''

''Please take me to them.''

Her brother happily nodded and licked her cheek.She was escorted into her former home.She saw a couple of pups playing around.It was three little pups goofing around and chewing tails of elder wolves. Ayana smile.

She saw a dark brown wolf with a slash on the side of his full body.He had a maddening look of grumpiness.What happen to dad?Why does he look so...horrible? Ayana tipped her head.She gladly went up to her father in a submissive posture and gained a nuzzle from him.

''It's nice to see you again,baby girl.''Her father greeted.''Is he treating you right?''

''I'm fine dad.''Ayana didn't want to make such a fuss about all the blows and hits he's been giving to her.''I'm...h-h-happ...y...''She sighed.Her thoughts wandered until her dad brought her back to her old self.He licked her cheek.

''I've missed you.''He sniffed her body.''His scent lingers on you...Does that mean...?''He didn't want to say the word,nor think about it.He just couldn't. He rapidly shook the thought out his head,believing it wasn't true,but nonetheless Ayana softly nodded and sighed.

''It's true,''She sighed.''I didn't want it to happen!''

''How could he do this to you!''Her father snap.''Not only have he taken you away,but he got you with a pup! I hope he burns in the dim world! He don't deserve to be here!''Her father's rampaging words kept her neatly in her thoughts and organizing her mind.She didn't know whether to agree with him and put it in that file in her mind or to disagree and put it in that file in her mind.She was simply confused and paranoid.

''Dad!''She called him.He stared at her,all his anger dying away.If it's anything,he couldn't bear her seeing him like this.There was one question she had to ask.''Do you...accept...this pup?...''She asked,pinning her ears down to her head.

''I certainly do not!''Her father snarled.He turned away and stomped off from his daughter. Ayana was depressed,but she couldn't agree anymore.

How can I have something,I don't even accept,myself?
