A Journey Through My HeartA Poem by Taylor Williamsa journey through my heart
come my friend
come with me, and take my hand let me take you for a ride through the veins, the arteries femoral to vena cava, full circle to the heart where my depression lies, buried so deep let me take you for a ride into the darkest of my mind, untouched even in sleep Here, where my heart should be instead is a shadow, bearing her smile Here, where we should feel my heartbeat instead is the shockwave, her unheard sorrow Here, where i should feel happy instead i feel nothing, empty come my friend come with me, and take my hand let me take you for a ride into the womb, the womb of my, suicide
