Keep Your Head Up

Keep Your Head Up

A Poem by Kiara

Keep your head up.

Don't let their words get you down.

Let me help you

Because I can't seem to help myself.

I'll help you find a way

As long as you promise to stay.

Don't try to end it,

Because what would I do without you?

Put away the razor

And take my hand.

I'm not perfect but I'll do the best I can

To keep you safe,

To make it a brighter day.

You're so amazing to me,

Even if you can't see it.

I love you so much,

Even if I can't find the courage to tell you.

Keep your head up high.

Don't let your own thoughts get you down.

This one speaks to me. I know someone who is a cutter and I know I am helping them.....but they are helping me too. Great job capturing this.

This is a lovely poem with an inspiring poem. Sometimes it's hard not to let our thoughts get us down when they're inside our head, but knowing that there are people there for us helps
