Do you think me a fake?

Do you think me a fake?

A Poem by Tayler
"

"Dont think me a liar, when we agree".

"

Do you think me a fake?

Because we agree on so many things?

Do you think I'm lieing?

When I think the same as you?

Don't be alarmed,

because I like what you do,

you're getting the real me,

thoughts and all.

I never try to be,

who I say I'm not,

cause I'm just me,

babe, it's all I got.

You may think it's strange,

when I like what you do,

you thinks it's unreal,

when I don't disagree.

I never say what I don't mean,

what I don't support 100% percent,

don't give me that look,

cause we're simply meant to be.

I'm tired of you,

thinking I'm such a lie.

cause baby we're perfect,

you and me

if they can't take that you are 100% and with them then they aren't mature enough to see what they have in you. if they see a fake instead of a freind, then they have their percetion messed up. they are the fake and you are the original.

i really enjoyed this piece. nicely penned.

mostly i enjoyed cuz i can relate to the message here. sometimes people get along so well and have so much in common it almost seems from one perspective that it cant be true, that someone is lying to make it sound like they have the same interests. its a weird feeling and difficult situation when that happens. you nailed it perfectly.

well done :)

sweet.

you make a good point here. its something most people dont always think about.
we are quick to complain about the bad, but then when things are too good, we want to complain about it too.
that person is finding reason to not fully like you. they're scared and probably dont really think you a fake.

anyway, this is written pretty okay, there were a few spelling errors and when read, it honestly felt a tad amateurish. but overall, i liked it.

good job.
