2.
Send
your documents
First, you have to manage a registered
Email Id to proceed further. You need to email the documents, which are
required for the FSSAI registration. The documents are :-

Declarartion form ·
Authority letter ·
Copy of rent agreement ( if the property is
rented) ·
Food safety management system plan or
certificate ·
Copy of property paper ·
Electricity water bill ·
Copy of Adhaar card/voter/ identity card of
proprietor/ partner/ directors.
These are the documents which you are
required for the registration for FSSAI. It takes two working days to complete
this process.
3.
Document
submission
Your FSSAI application on the side of other
declarations are filed to the neighborhood FBO via our CS/ CA. This process
takes 10 working days to complete it. After the submission of the document, you
are not able to make any changes regarding to our required documents.
4.
FSSAI
license issued
After following this long procedure, you
will surely get your FSSAI license in 20 or 40 working days. The department will mail you the license after
regular follow ups with the food department.
