Surgery

Sorry, I have not been on in a long time. I had just had surgery in my lower back.

The pain

it eats at my soul

leaving me in sorrow

 

The taste of sour pills

and the dry bread

leaves dizziness in my head

 

 

I hope this over soon

right now I feel like a hopeless goon

 

Pale blue curtains close over me

as I fall soft asleep from the medicine

singing my brain a lullaby
