Ignorance after Preeminence

Ignorance after Preeminence

A Poem by Tauvic Heedajat

In the cold and frozen night, I sat lonely
just accompanied my alone

I saw to the sky no star
whereas I really need it to brighten my soul
I saw around but no tree
whereas I really need its leaves to refresh my brain
I saw the street but no one
whereas I really need their greetings to resuscitate my hearth

My life was in misery,
they're gone and become mystery,
as if they didn't near me
and they kept away from me.

Oh night, what did really happen to me?
Did I deserve to this humiliation?
Didn't they remember when I was on the top?
they all came up to me
Didn't they remember when I owned everything?
                        I gave what they asked

Now I just live lonely
under sky as the roof and the earth as floor
eat leftovers of one's mercy
but no currency will not make me crazy
