Into the horizon

Into the horizon

A Poem by James Moon

Wandering, searching for the wind
An empty vessel, lost adrift.
Steering toward a forgotten shore,
To a place that deals only in absolutes,
Where no storm shall cloud our path.

When we wake from the slumber of darkest night
There is glory in the redemption of dawn
Rising anew to embark on a sacred descent,
As the day crescendos in majestic hues,
Hypnotic, dissolving into the horizon

' the wind,
an empty vessel lost adrift. ' True, in many ways.

There's something magical about the wind, especially when it tangles through leaves with elegance and ease. It's like poetry in motion.

Your thoughts are beautiful, yet tender and emotional.
