Anxiety

Anxiety

A Poem by Tatenda Chivhondo
"

The poem is depicting a picture of someone battling anxiety and seeking for help

"
Anxiety is a demon known to many
Traumatising young and innocent souls
My happiness is short lived before relapsing to my anxiety mode
I'm a victim of my thoughts

Anxiety has blurred my vision
I wonder why I'm always the victim
Here is the sad truth,
My pain is self inflicted
No one can help me
I'm drowning in my sorrows

Anxiety is contagious and dangerous
I need help before it's late
I wish everything was normal
I'm dying inside
Help!
