Words Left Unsaid

Words Left Unsaid

A Poem by Tate Viviano
"

A sad poem about sad things

"

I shall never get the chance

to tell you these things.

So let me say that I am sorry

I was never worth it to you.

I wasn’t worth love.

True love no this superficial

s**t you call a relationship/friendship/familial tie.

I’m used to it.

You have done what has been done by many.

So why does this time hurt so much more?

Sorry again for troubling you.

Sorry that me loving you cost you freedom.

Sorry that it restricted you from giving others

a chance.

But where was my chance?

I had none.

Thanks for the lessons.

I….

I hope  you grow to be happy.

I hope one day you can forgive me.

Forgive me for trying to open myself to you.

But I will treasure the moments of joy we had.

But they shall sting like a double edged sword.

I could ramble more but I will waste no more breath.

I need it for happier things than saying long winded

goodbyes.
