Communication is Important

Nothing is more important than communication.

Talking itself...it can be so healing.

Change is good.

Being inside a shell hasn't and will never teach you anything except

for being mistrusting and unhappy.

Dubious. Skeptical. Cynical.

It won't bloom any new feelings in you...feelings you need

to thrive, survive, revive yourself, purge yourself

of the negativity you had encapsulated in yourself for so long.

Even though you're on your own,

know that you're not alone.

'Cause you should know that

there's someone somewhere

praying that you'll make it home.
