COULD YOU BE THE ONE?

COULD YOU BE THE ONE?

A Story by Tasi83

When Bernát first met cat-bunny89, she was wearing a strappy evening dress and clutching a similarly colored dragees bag.
The woman in question looked as if she had just stepped off the cover of the latest fashion magazine, or from a romantic film, where - by definition - the secondary character can only kick the ball at the very end of the film, after the viewer already feels that there is too much going on with the main character. happened. Somewhere, the woman embodied a dream creature that most so-called It is truly unattainable for the average person, and it is only at the end of life that he realizes how much he wasted on seemingly insignificant things that had nothing to do with certain people in the real world.
- Hi how are you? - the woman lightly kissed his face on both sides. Bernát could really smell the sweet-smelling, brand-name cologne, and in his mind, of course, his mind clicked on why he couldn't buy himself an acceptable deodorant, which exceptionally didn't smell like toilet cleaner.
"Uh… welcome!" Well... - he was shocked with amazement. "Many people have probably told you this before, but it's a dream!" - he admitted so shyly, as if he had trudged back to the lower school desk again.
"Well… thank you very much!" It is very nice! he smiled, blushing slightly. It seems that nowadays not so many saints are really showered with compliments. But now she seemed to really enjoy having someone adequately appreciate her femininity. - Don't be upset about my request, but instead of formal dating, maybe we could switch to teasing, because dating makes the whole situation so strict.
- Of course! As you... - he cleared his throat as he corrected - as you like.
- Thank you very much! Then maybe we should sit down! How about that side table? - he asked curiously, but in the next minute he was really pulling the man he was entitled to after him, and as soon as their hands connected, a light, electric spark began to vibrate between the two of them. It might still mean something. Not true?!
Bernát, being a polite gentleman, pulled out the chair in front of the woman and carefully, so that the breathtaking little party would not get wrinkled by accident, he pushed the chair under her, and then he himself sat down a little too quickly.
"You mentioned that you and your girlfriend recently broke up." - the woman cut right into the middle of him, and it was obvious from the first that she was someone who doesn't give a damn and is not in the habit of avoiding hot porridge at all.
"Unfortunately... yes..." - the long-awaited good and intimate atmosphere - it seemed - would end within minutes. After all, what the hell could such a bombshell want from someone like Bernát?
"Forgive me... I didn't want to immediately jump into your private life, since I have nothing to do with it, I just thought that we should honestly spread our cards, because who knows if anything will come of this initial relationship." Do you agree?! she looked at him questioningly, and he nodded in agreement.
"I'm so sorry you broke up!" But I'm going to tell you something, and I really want you not to misunderstand! I think it's better that certain things were revealed, because if they hadn't been revealed, you both would have lived your lives in a mutual lie and not in perfect happiness. - he emphasized the term "perfect happiness" as if it had a primary meaning for him as well.
Bernáton now saw that his remaining self-confidence, which was already in ruins, and of course his other prospects for the unknown future, had really been completely trampled into the mud. The beautiful woman could feel this too, because she has now transitioned into motherhood. She reached out her long hand and squeezed his hairy hands as a firm sign of sympathy.
- You know what? I'd rather tell you a little about myself. You just have to listen! he declared, then immediately got down to business. She told about her somewhat sad childhood with a narcissistic, domineering mother and a permissive, loving father, that she was a fat little girl, and that she only became an acceptable human form in adolescence. That he didn't want to take the bar exam yet, because extras were being sought for one of his acquaintances' exam films, and he was selected, which led him to commit to a series for a tabloid channel for nine years, and that later, when he started a business, one of his acquaintances duly walked away with the heavy advance that he had scrounged up from his initially hard-earned salary.
Of course, Bernát also shared his physiological version, with the difference that he really wanted to try Acting, screenwriting, and many film professional fields where only a limited number of people are hired. How he enrolled in the Faculty of Humanities with what a hussar cut and how he became a simple teacher from a bird's eye view.
"Wow!" Isn't that nothing you hear?! the woman was enthusiastic and actually drank Berná every s noise "Then you too have had a surprisingly adventurous life!" - he stated his opinion while taking small sips of his pleasant cocktail-like drink. It seemed that he was at least pushing for this personal meeting to be a real date, just like his partner.
"What do your parents do?"
- Well, my mother used to hold an administrative position at a company, but she had to come from there because there were downsizings and the money was needed. And my father drove a truck for a long time, and many times in a month I could only see him at Christmas.
"I'm sincerely sorry for that," he squeezed her hand again, and both of them pleasantly noted that they tingled a lot, so they were attracted to each other without saying anything.
Then came the most embarrassing questions for Bernát, which revolved around sex. When was your first relationship? How long did it last? What's broken and the like. The woman was mysteriously quite open about dealing with several people before finding the one.
- ...You know, in a person's life, they say that there is one true love, everything is just an add-on, but I really want to believe that fate weaves an invisible web around us, and whether we like it or not, higher cosmic powers control the our life. All we have to do is examine it and keep a watchful eye for these secret signals.
"There might be something in this!" " It cannot be said that Bernát could have been openly influenced, but it is true that the beautiful woman immediately planted a bug in her ear. Will anything come out of this romantic evening for him? So far, things are still very much in the early stages.
"I have a question, but you don't have to answer it if you don't want to..." she took a deep breath, which made it seem that her two pear-shaped, flexible breasts rose immediately, and the pleasure of physicality arose in Bernát as well. "So I'd like to ask… when was the very first time you slept with a woman…?" - she was so cute and charmingly shy, which in itself was a serious question, that Bernát had a hard time deciding whether to actually risk a light hearted laugh or to confess bitterly that she is terribly clumsy and stumbles in the area of physical relationships.
"Uh... well... so... that's a difficult question..." sweat flooded his entire body and he was so regularly beaten by the water that she quickly thought that maybe it was reckless to be so openly, outspokenly ready to present her new baking friend with the facts . She was seized by intense remorse, even though she had always been known as a determined and resilient woman.
"Oh, I see that I've already pulled the plug." I'm sorry! Let's just change the subject quickly and forget about it all. - he wanted to smile with all his heart, but he felt that perhaps the smile was not appropriate now.
"Uh... no problem... fine..." Bernát replied after many minutes. " I will answer the question. " He felt that once he honestly and openly wanted to get to know someone, sooner or later the unvarnished truth would inevitably come out.
"I appreciate that!" I'm so glad you answered! she encouraged him, realizing that he needed her to open up honestly and openly to the special man as much as the other way around.
"I'd like you not to judge me too much, and that wouldn't be a problem..." he felt that it would be a long journey, but what could he do. - Of course, I had attempts, but unfortunately I'm quite childish in certain situations and I don't really like being touched... - as he said, he regretted it, because this bomber might draw the conclusion that he's not a centurion, or just another he's a loser idiot, just like all the others who have never touched a woman's body in his life.
"I'm glad you told me!" I appreciate your openness and honesty! You know, unfortunately, it is not every day that one meets such a special personality as you. " The woman didn't even notice and let out a compliment. However, Bernát was neither unathletic nor handsome. Or at least a form that immediately arouses the representatives of the weaker sex.
"So does that mean you're giving me a chance?" - he had to ask the woman this question, because if she doesn't ask, the uncertainty gives birth to more sadness in her.
"Well, it's still beautiful!" the spellbinding woman threw it there easily.
Bernát had never experienced his presence bringing such ferocious joy to anyone. At the same time, he knew very well that if he continued to stick to the well-established order of his life, he would most likely avoid the radical changes present in his life, which threatened that he would, by definition, be left alone again if he was not careful. It seems obvious that with such an exotic woman, he's going to need every bit of loser appeal if he's going to do anything with this budding relationship in the near future.
For example, the woman exercised regularly, and no stranger's foot could step on her gym mat.
- Well! - the lady looked at her expensive, refined luxury wristwatch. "How time flies!" - it was not possible to know for sure that this was a kind of specific hint to Bernát, that "little boy!" It's better if you wear it right now, because you won't be able to reach my level anyway!" "How about a second date?" - he asked, smiling mischievously with a perfect toothpaste smile, which is mostly given to those who are popularly called conquering Alpha males.
"Uh...well...wow..." he could barely speak, because the woman had already taken his hairy hand and started stroking it lovingly, as if trying to calm him down and comfort him.
"Then I can take that as a yes, right?"
Bernát only needed a skinny nod.
"Well that's great!" Is your smartphone here? Obsession…? - he looked at her questioningly, because Bernát made the mistake of not bringing almost any smart gadgets with him to the date, saying: the bomber wouldn't even talk to him.
"I see you don't!" Well, that's okay! I always have paper with me! " with that he already reached into his attractively shiny reticule and scribbled his contact information, home address, and even his social media pages on a small pencil.
"There you go!" I hope my handwriting is legible? - he handed the piece of paper to Bernát, and as soon as their fingers touched, they started to tingle pleasantly again. That just means something, doesn't it?!
The next date turned out to be an almost total failure, because Bernát repeatedly asked himself whether he was calling the woman or whether she was calling him. In the end, his life was finally decided by a Messenger message, which caused the lady to send him and tag him back on Facebook. The next location was a park close to Margit Island, because later it turned out that the woman loves to walk, while Bernát was able to keep up with her, if at all, sweaty and exhausted.
On their walks, they almost always turned back longingly for the beautiful, exotic woman. A few even whistled. In the majority of cases, they couldn't even imagine that such an incredibly dazzling and radiant lady, what the hell could you want from an average, small-scale person like Bernát? Have you tried to find good-sounding reasons and excuses for why they don't fit together? But at least for the time being, everything was going smoothly, and the beautiful woman was so kind and adorable to him that he had probably never experienced in his life. After all, he hasn't had a single serious date in his entire life, even though the fourth x has been knocking for him.
Bernát suddenly remembers a poem by János Arany that he wrote on Margit Island. When they sit down on the benches under the shady trees of the park, and the woman has really inhaled the scent of the coming summer, Bernát begins to mumble softly, then changes her mind, after all, you can't recite a poem by muttering:
- I like to rest under the oaks, where the noise of the city does not affect anything.
In the midst of green foliage "Breaking through" the sky and the fields of the meadow
A patch of shadow and light. " He keeps quiet a bit, because the people he tried to get to know so far, failing, were not really big fans of poetry.
"Can't I hear János Arany?" the woman was pleasantly surprised. "You're a rare person who can recite like that!" You must have won a poetry contest or two! I think? " he asked the question as if he were perfectly aware of literature, so Bernát began to think again that he was dealing with an unusual woman.
"Well... yes..." he answered half-heartedly, as he didn't like to brag. He had no style.
- Come on! Don't be modest! I think you have a fantastic memory to remember so many things! - his angelic gaze was already beaming as he winked at her.
"You know, I never liked to compete!" Bernát blurted out honestly after a while.
"May I ask what the problem was?" - he turned to her attentively as he leaned his head on her shoulder.
" I've never liked when they focus on performance, because it's a win-lose terminology where nothing is what it seems. In a word, I told my high school literature teacher that I would not do this anymore and would rather get out of it all. Of course, I was the rabbit hole, because I also sang the poems at the opening of the year, and even when it was time for graduation. My father even took a video with a borrowed video camera.
"Wow!" It couldn't be anything! I would love to see that recording. he enthused.
"Well... it's all on a VHS tape, and I'm afraid it would be quite difficult with today's state-of-the-art technology..."
" You know, I have some buddies who screw things up and can convert videos to DVD format at any time. he instructed me kindly.
"Oh…that's understandable!"
"Well, who's with him now!" she turned to him, playing the very serious girlfriend.
"Something wrong…?" " Bernát was really scared, after all, so far everything had turned out so dreamlike, even too perfect. "He just didn't spoil anything so soon?" ran through his mind.
"Can I ask something... personal!" Of course, you don't have to answer, but if we are so honest with each other, I would be very happy... - her voice was childishly timid. It is as if they have returned to their childhood roots, which most people do not like to talk about and do not even share confidential chapters.
"Come on... take it easy..."
"How was your very first kiss with someone?" - he asked, making her immediately blush, but she was also glad because her blood immediately perked up.
"Wow!" Well... I don't even know how to answer that... - he pondered for a while. "I think he's had it for quite a few years."
Little by little, the lady moved closer to the unsuspecting man, and at an opportune but unexpected moment, she tenderly kissed him on the lips. Bernát was so surprised by this sudden expression of emotion that he could neither spit nor swallow for several minutes.
- So? What do you think it was like? he ran his hand through her hair a few moments later.
"You're doing fantastically well!" he moaned.
" Of course, this does not mean that I would rush anything, you just know that I like to try new things.
They both watched the romantic sunset from the Danube bank, and then came the third date, which took place at Bernát's apartment. Bernát offered to demonstrate his well-known culinary skills and cook something mouth-wateringly delicious and tasty for the lady. Of course, the lady insisted that she be able to buy some of the raw materials, so Bernát did not object.
When Szombat arrived at lightning speed, Bernát had a real panic attack. All night long, he could barely rest for a few minutes, as his brain was almost constantly sending new confidential information to his soul: "What if you want to test him like this, and he fails again?" Maybe he'll fall out of love with her, or will he throw her away as soon as he's having fun?!" " a veritable flood of questions emerged, so when the beautiful woman stumbled into Bernát's apartment, the man looked a bit like a total nervous wreck, and his persistent tendency to be suspicious emerged from him again.
- Hello! I hope you're not mad that I came a little earlier, but I've missed you a lot and you've been very excited about what you're going to cook! said the still beautiful and dreamy woman.
"Uh… I'm so happy for you…" he moaned. "Just hide inside and make yourself at home." - He quickly took from her the bags he had brought, which contained vegetables and some herbs.
"Fantastically beautiful little apartment!" he looked around almost immediately. "Do you live here alone?"
"You know, my parents owned the apartment, but then my father died suddenly, and my mother moved out with my mother to help her, so I was left with everything." " his voice was woven with deep feelings.
"Oh… I see, and I'm sorry!" Shall we cook then?! - she asked, and without being bothered by the fact that her beautiful, expensive dress might be dirty or stained, she already tied an attractive little kitchen apron on herself and immediately started chopping the vegetables she had brought.
"Uh… what can I help you with?" Bernat asked. It seemed that the lady knew herself very well in a foreign kitchen, because she took out a pot, put hot water in it, then put the sliced vegetables in it and immediately put it on the ceramic stove.
"I thought I'd make a light, but all the more delicious spicy, spicy soup."
- This sounds good.
"I think so!" - she immediately took out a wooden spoon and immediately started stirring the meat stock like a careful housewife. While the soup was cooking, Bernát decided to take minced meat out of the freezer and, with the help of some spices, made tasty fist-sized meat patties, as he tried to learn the tricks from his grandmother.
"Meatballs?" I love it! - the woman smiled mischievously at him and spontaneously kissed the man, who was sweating profusely again, on the cheek.
- I'm very happy about it! But why don't you make yourself comfortable or look around the apartment while I do the baking?
- Are you joking? I love to bake and cook! It calms you down and turns you off at the same time!
"Well… as you think!" he answered.
After barely fifty minutes, golden, delicious soup was already being spooned out, and mouth-watering meat patties were snacking on it.
"Hmmm!" This is divine! You are a fantastic cook! You always manage to surprise me! - the woman enthused as she tasted the delicious dishes one after the other to Bernát's greatest delight.
"Please tell me if something is wrong!" he asked.
"I solemnly promise that you will be the first to know!" - he raised his right hand, then placed more delicious morsels on his fork.
Berná loved to stare when a beautiful, radiant woman loved to eat so much. This meant for her that she tries to enjoy almost all the moments of life and does not play the big world diva, who is not even a decade overweight, but still has to go to the gym to maintain her condition.
When they were done, Bernát started to act a little strange and took the secrecy a little too far. Of course, this was noticed by the lady with a reputation for being a good connoisseur.
- All is well?! he asked with some concern in his voice.
"Of course!" Just a minute! I'll be back! - he almost overturned the chair around him and the festively laid table, as soon as he had already stormed into his children's room, which was next to the front door. Barely five minutes later, he came back and put both hands behind his back, as the gift was hidden in it.
"I made something for you..." he carefully held out both hands, between which he cherished a somewhat Bumfordian, bulky clay statue.
"Never mind!" Did you do this?! the woman was surprised. " Very creative and cool, at least at first glance. - he took a detailed look at the creation in his hands. "And I'm so overwhelmed that I didn't bring anything!" But I promise I'll make it up to you! OK?!
- No problem! I hope you like it?
"Yes, definitely!"
The rest of the day was spent talking about almost every topic about childhood, the difficulties of adolescence, and the career-oriented expectations of young adult life, for which - as it soon became clear - none of them could have been sufficiently prepared.
Around the evening hours, when the lady was preparing to leave and escorted Berná to the front door, it seemed that their gazes became identical, connected, as if from now on they never wanted to be separated from the other, and the realization was born in both of their hearts: Maybe you are the one Real!
