Friends come and go
Relationships appear Then disappear Family grows weak But one thing we'll always have are memories Memories of the past Memories of those gone friends Memories of those disappeared relationships Memories of family But we shouldn't let our memories destroy us Friends go but life moves on I live in the now Relationships break but life moves on I live in the now Family's are tested but life moves on I live in the now I still laugh But not about the past I still cry But not about the past I still love But not those in the past I still live But not in the past I look back at the past I look forward to the future But I live in the present I am grateful for another day of living I live in the now Do you? © 2012 Tasha |
