Someone

Someone who will love me and make me believe it everyday,

Someone who will talk to me about everything in every possible way.

Someone who will feel my pain but won't show it cuz I'll feel worse,

Someone who will make love without the fear of open doors.

The one who will wrestle with me and let me win intentionally,

The one who will kiss me in the rain, and in the sunshine irrationally.

The one who will put my cold hands in his warm hoodie pockets just to feel my nerve,

The one who will let me use his sweatshirt during summer dusk's love.

Someone who finds me beautiful in my every messy look,

Someone who never care the flaws and errs of my body nook.

Some1 who says I'm beautiful not because I am but because he thinks I am,

Someone who lifts me up in the crowd and shout, that's my girl.

The one who realizes that I say things but don't always mean them,

The one who can tell me his problems and let me help him.

The one who can't wait and start kissing in my unbrushed teeth in the mrng,

The one who will give me big tight hugs even when I'm sleeping.

Someone who will never smile at other girls cuz he finds me the prettiest,

Someone who never sees the dark circles, rashes and wrinkles of my face rather says I'm the cutest.

Someone who sleeps with me over night holding me in his arms,

And at morning, he doesn't even know how my body looks but knows after how many seconds my eyes blink at intervals.

But that someone is really really rare, and sometimes I doubt, if that someone even exists anywhere in this world...... :(

at start of poem we see strong hope to find someone who is almost completely yours. artistic poem, cause the way one is made to dream of perfect soul but the very end, abruptly the reality is introduced which shatters the perfect - curtain from eyes of reality ...

Anna you know it's a nice poem, quite lyrical .But one problem is there, when you write sad heart touching poem, the story inside should not be over expressed, over emotional.

Those are worthless lines to put in, you writing must contain some simplicity, don't over express it.

This poem is my favorite one of yours by far solely because I can 100 percent relate to it. When we pay so much attention to all our flaws, big or small, we fail to see all of the things that make us beautiful Nobody on this planet is a flawless diamond, but at the very least we are all sapphires. Dont worry, youll find somebody someday! :)

Thats quite a shopping list Annabelle - as we grow the list gets shorter - we compromise then some days we hate why we compromised but when someone you know meets someone that seems to be better you hate yourself for not waiting it out. Idealism is the fault of the media I feel. When you meet that 'someone for you' they will fill an altogether different list and you wont give a fig about this one.

Its very good writing and carries the reader , doesnt tire them. Well done. Typos but not too many :/

A very touching poem. All the things I think all people want from a person. Loyalty and trust is very hard to find these days I say this from experience. Never settle, wait, be patient and you will find someone to fulfill your hearts desires. Nicely done.

I really like this poem and the feeling of hope and love but at the same time it's snatch away in the last line saying: That it is really rare and probably doesnt exist.
I believe there may be someone for each of us. Anyway, Wonderful poem
