Am i so alone??

Loneliness is the worst death

Its 3 am, I'm standing in the middle of the road,
Alone, helpless

My heart is crying out loud but no one's listening
Now I'm hopeless

Knuckles of my fingers are bleeding
being hardly bitten on the wall

But my tears dried up loosing a ton of it
regretting why am i so dull??

Slowly all the road lights turn on
And my eyes pissed off
nearly gone....

Shadow of my body is adjacent to the road now
I'm alone in the middle of the road, and no one's there to wonder how

Suddenly five racing cars comes at a speed
And crashes my body and doesn't look back like there's no need

Now I'm dead,
But still there's no one to at least take me to the grave bed

The loneliness that this piece expresess is nothing short of mesmerizing... I cant help but feel the need to ease the empty feeling that echos from this poem.. from that i was moved to write this peice in response

I call out to her but she hears me not
Her crying heart drowns me out

She lashes out and strikes the wall
She is in pain and hears not my call

Tears on her cheeks leaving briny traces
Her spirit breaks denied embraces

Even as the darkness gives way to light
Still my presence elude her sight

Now brightly the light shines
I am swallowed by shadow lines

In the distance disaster comes at a speed
I reach out and pull and finally succeed

She cries as she can finally see my face
To her I say "Your side will be forever my place"

A poem that can inspire others is truly an extraordinary work... hats off to you my lady

i love the poem... the way you portray the feeling is conveyed perfectly to the reader. disappointment as a main theme is genuinely expressed and the emotions go deep down unlike other poems which fail to make a deep effect on the reader's heart and mind.. all in all, the poem's beautifully penned

A nicely penned tragic story. There are so many people who experience such things in life. Left lonely by the world. And when it gets too much, they give up. Loneliness means being with our inner demons. Ah they can destroy us so much. Well enough of philosophy. I really liked his :)
