Strong

Just because my eyes don't tear doesn't mean my soul doesn't cry
I put on a smile I dry my eyes
I will not allow them to see
That I'm acting and telling a lie
Just because I act so strong
Doesn't mean there is nothing wrong
I want to let go but where to go
But someday I have to let go
Some parts of my life I will cherish forever and the rest I will say goodbye

Such a truthful write here, I like the message in this write, i can also sense the longing. Kinda sad at the end but truthful

aabaccdda rhyme book-ended visually longer lines. You've established a visually consistent form: the lines look purposefully put together. I will say that I need punctuation in order to get a sense of the pacing of the poem, there is so much power in punctuation to control the reading beats.
In praise of the poem, the use of 'tear' as a verb in the first line is interesting, I always enjoy when poets play with the language like that, it draws attention to itself in the best sort of way, Keep at it brother.
