I have found out that writing under strong emotions is the best time to write. The strong feelings could be felt behind those words. Good job!

Purging the emotions is always a healthy thing. While I believe there are times where we all mess up and have to take a long look at what we are doing in life. We shouldn't beat ourselves up over it. :)
