Turned to Stone

Turned to Stone

A Poem by Serenity

Done With This

Don't WANT to Care

My Heart is Torn to BITS

I was Caught in your Snare

My Heart Aches

Shattered and left lying everywhere

My Body Shakes

I was Caught so Lost and Unaware

I Crumble and Cry

My Cheeks Stained by Tears

I Question Why?

But the Answer Could take Years

I Gather up the Pieces but even glue won't keep them Together

I put them in the Ice and leave them in the Cold

I sit there Praying for Better Weather

As my Heart Slowly turns to Stone

This is a remarkably deep and painful write. if this is a real sittuation, my heart goes out to you. This was remarkably well penned and well expressed.
