That Wall

A lost and empty soul

Waiting to once again be whole

Is it possible at all

Or should I just put up a wall

 

Tired of being hurt and feeling pain

Feeling like there may be nothing to gain

Will I once again take the fall

I think it's easier to put up that wall.

simple yet i can completely relate. I so many times have put up a wall and these are the thing i muse before i shut off and build that wall to block everything out. well done
