What Must Be....

What Must Be....

A Poem by Tammy

Indigo skies at twilight

paint a perfect backdrop

for stars that are constellated,

setting a mood
for vague, inhibited emotions
to be pondered

A singular known as love
binds together

affection and devotion

leaving some
indifferent to views

of the universe

Unable to pretend that
the feelings invoked
aren't important,

yet
incapable to explain

why they are

Leaning out to capture dreams

that gathering clouds

are quickly converging to obstruct

but

bother not to reverse

what

destiny has set forth

Woha 0.o...Great!

I appsolutly love the cosmic abordation over love. Aldough it's very well penned, it doesn't read very well because it is written in such a bright colour... you need to change that.
Unfortunately I can't put you among the finalists in ,,Wings of a butterfly,, :( ;the contest is about how easy a loving heart is broken not about how love takes birth.

Wonderful write.

Now wasn't that one in one of your books I reviewed? I think it was the first one. I really liked it then and it has grown for beautiful with time.

Keep up the good work.

Twilight has a magic all its own that's a perfect setting for both contemplation and romance---or perhaps contemplating romance. I enjoyed your poem, Tammy. :-) Sharon
