Cue the Sun

A Poem by Tammy

Cinquain

Drag me

into sunlight

where neon lemon love

crumbles paper hearts into ash,

then dust

Remarkable word choice to provide readers with vivid imagery! Great job, Tammy.

Fine write Tammy. The Cinquain is one of my favorite forms. It is especially helpful
when my muse has gone on "vacation". I can always manage a cinquain and that
often sparks another poem. This one is subperb.

very nice, especially the neon lemon love line there in the middle. i also like the ending, almost like a vampire
repenting on a life times full of sin giving himself up to the God he has shunned for centuries.
