The long race

The long race

A Poem by TamerQtaish

Life is just one long race

Trying to go to a better place

Trying to define a holier grace

Up and down struggling to keep the pace

Sometimes there is so much good to embrace

Other times it feels like falling through empty space

Good or wrong there is none you can replace

Don’t rush in; don’t fall into shame and disgrace

Keep going strong, the memories nothing will erase

Alright! This is inspiring. How much courage does it not require to uphold oneself all through the successions of good and falling places!?

Deep, thoughtful, very pensive. I like it a lot.
